Come and enjoy the best time of your life at this serene vacation home located mere steps from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea! This tropical haven includes a private outdoor pool with a plunge pool where you can cool down during hot summer days. If you are more of a beachgoer, there is a beautiful pathway that leads you straight to the beach for another refreshing splash. There is a shaded porch where you can relax after a long day at the beach as well.

The main living space is located on the first floor with gorgeous wood accents throughout. Unwind in the breezy living area, equipped with comfortable furniture and a TV. Prepare delicious treats for the crew in the well-equipped kitchen. Whoever is the designated chef will have a blast cooking everyone else's favorite recipes. This level also features a full bathroom with a walk-in natural stone outdoor shower. A spiral staircase leads you to the second floor, where two comfortable bedrooms can be found. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom and an oceanfront balcony with sweeping beach views.

This home is less than seven miles from downtown Tulum. There are a handful of entertaining places to visit nearby, which include the eco-park Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum, Selva Maya Eco Adventure, ATV tours, Parque De Cenotes Yaxmuul, and Native Park Tulum, all less than five miles away.

* Please take into consideration that the road to the property it’s not paved. A car is a must to visit the region and 4x4 is highly recommended during raining season (Jul - Nov)

The location is perfect. Pool, beach, cenote, what else can you need for your trip to Mexico? Absolutely stunning! All grounds staff are very friendly. Note- not safe for small children. Also, Bring your own shampoo. A Kayak and 4 adult life vests are included. Enjoy!

The house and location are superb. There are many close restaurants nearby. Kitchen sucks and overall up keep needs a lot of work. Would still stay here again.

Beautiful Location

This home is fantastic!! The pool was clean and we were able to walk right out to our own private, white sand beach. The air conditioning works well. There is a beach club two doors down (you can walk down the beach) with a full restaurant and bar. The smart TV allows you to login to your favorite steaming services.

Beautiful property

The house is just like it looks in the listing, beautiful. Pool is clean and well maintained. Privacy is ok, there is a small 3-4 bedroom hotel next door. Area is quiet and felt safe (guard shack at the entrance of the neighborhood). Beach looked to be recently raked and seaweed cleaned up, lots of rocks over you get to the water so bring water shoes for sure.

Fantastic location and great home!

We spent a few days here with our two teenagers and it was awesome! We wish we could have stayed longer. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the house and yard. Pool and beach access are great. Kayaks were provided and there was easy entry into the water. We snorkeled off the local dock and also from the beach. Not only is the house great but the neighborhood is fantastic. There are multiple restaurants to walk to and even a cenote in walking distance. We felt very safe and would definitely stay in this house again.

The place is nice and pretty. Staff was easy to get ahold of and helpful. Location was great, with restaurant on both sides of the house. Downs: need more towels and TP. The one AC was not working at 100%

Love The Location

The only thing I'd say be wary of is the staircase. Straight up spiral and old folks and young kids could find it precarious, but...Overall; I love this place and location. Amenities such as kitchen utensils etc..are very basic. The location really makes it. Surrounded by boutique hotels, restaurants and spas make this a very nice place. Also, in spite of all of the previously mentioned places as close, the place has a very private feel. I would come back.

Nice house, beautiful beach!

Great stay at this property. Loved having a swimming pool as well as the beach. Great for kids. Great to have the kayaks to use. The kitchen amenities could be better, but was fine for basic cooking. An outdoor grill would have been nice. Good restaurants nearby. Road to the area was rough. Recommend a higher clearance vehicle to get there. One parking spot included with home, but entrance past gate in very steep and requires high clearance. Otherwise, street parking is limited. Great place, overall.

Little piece of heaven

A house in the beach. The beach being your backyard. Just that is wonderful. Great for 2 couples, or friend who don’t mind sharing. A beach house that could used some TLC in terms maybe of outdoor furniture and kitchen equipment . Having said that, it has great bathrooms, the AC and fans work great. Probably the last opportunity in an area that is out of control and higher prices. Playa Beleza has a cute pool and one of the best beaches in the area with grassy area entrance to the water without so many rocks.. we got lucky, it did not rain so much and the staff keeps the ground clean and neat. Wonderful vacation.

Location and most everything about was great. Was told earlier could probably check in early but when we arrived said not ever possible. That was not true because no one was there and that was the excuse given. If could talk to someone besides a SMS text message could of resolved all issues. Also parking needs attention because a small car drags going in gate because so steep. All in all a good experience just no very personal.

Ana & Carlos are very very kind and helpful. They even brought us a bbq when we asked where we could buy one. Location and yard is fabulous. Beach is beautiful and relatively clean (trash and seaweed that washes up on shore is raked up in the mornings) sunrises are superb. The moon shines bright above the beach. The view from both bedrooms are post card worthy. The plunge pool, too cool to swim in at night but very refreshing in the day. The beautiful location almost makes up for the lack of maintenance on the house. Also It would have been nice to be warned about the 8:00am to 5:00pm LOUD ground shaking heavy equipment construction two lots away. There is a reason it’s the price it is.

DO NOT BOOK THIS!

SERIOUSLY DO NOT BOOK. They had us without power for 4 nights out of a 6 night stay. No electricity, no water, no AC. We stayed here with our 3 kids. Ages 3,1 and a newborn baby. The house was dirty upon arrival. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed because they only made the bed from the previous guest. The floors were dirty, it was uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. No one wants to take ownership for such a horrible stay. No compensation has been offered. The last day we were there power went out at 4 am per usual, returned at noon. Then turned off again at 4pm. We were told we were sol. 3 kids screaming because it was hot and pitch black! WORST EXPERIENCE.

Lovely stay with just a few tweaks needed

We stayed for 9 days during October and November. During our first few days the weather was poor, which led to a power cut across the bay. While I appreciate these things cannot be predicted, it would be prudent for the owners to invest in some sort of generator to maintain guest comfort during these times, it seems to be standard on the properties around the villa. At the very least there should be candles/torches left so guest can at least see where they are going. That being said the villa is lovely. The pool is great and was well enjoyed by out family. The beach felt almost private somedays, which in Mexico is a rarity. The team were quick to help us with any issues we had during our stay. The road down to the villa is awful - not.a relection on the owners, more the local government. Hopefully with the continued investment in this area the government will see fit to pave it. Until then I'd recommend a sturdy vehicle and a strong stomach! A few of the towels and bath mats could do with replacing, but this is a relatively minor issue. All in all a great stay, which would have been 5 star without the power issues.

Nice location, nothing more

We were very disappointed in this stay. The sheets had holes in them, one bed didn’t have sheets at all. Absolutely horrible cheap and unsleepable mattresses. Kitchen appointments were laughable. 2 broken pots, 1 set of rusty tongs. Place settings for 4 in a house for 6. No cooking oil or sugar, I could go on. The fridge leaked water all over our food. Light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, broken threshold off the bathroom with chunks of plaster laying about. Water was hot for a shower but would suddenly turn scorching with no warning (not great for trying to bathe kids). Gorgeous location with absolutely zero thought placed towards the comfort of guests. I’ve stayed in hundreds of vacation rentals and never seen anything like this. Hopefully the management company will listen to this review and remedy it. It has incredible potential but as it currently stands, it is definitely not worth the steep price!

great place for privacy and relaxation

I rented this property without having the chance to look at any reviews and I could be the first one leaving a review so I will be honest in my review. The house backyard is wonderful, private with extraordinary and magnificent view. The house from inside is clean but it needs some painting work to be done in the bedroom ceiling. The stair to the upper bedrooms is small and it is hard to get a big luggage upstairs. The pool is clean and nice. The rear doors locks are weak and need to be more secured. The road from the HWY to the villa is very bumpy and it is hard to find on google map. make sure to get better instructions from the landlord. I would definitely comeback to this place. The two chairs at the beach were my favorite place to sit and relax.
