The owner of the peoperty was amazing. I was having issues with the thermoatat and he came right away to fix the issue. It was comfortable and quiet. And they have a pool which was a nice break from the lake water.

Quaint one bedroom with a view

We had a great break from reality for a quick weekend trip. We enjoyed the ample amount of grass for our dog. Enjoyed the proximity of the condo to everything in the surrounding area. The neighbors above us were a little noisy in the evening but overall a great stay!

Best host, amazing view, clean property

Brent was super easy to deal with and his communication was top tier. He always responded within 30 min, sometimes sooner. He checked on us the day we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything, then the rest of the time just let us do our thing and didn’t bother us, but left his cell phone for if we had needs. The view of the lake was really nice. The sunset and sunrises were beautiful and you could see them right from your patio. The condo was so clean and had everything you needed from intensive to a dishwasher and full stove.They even provided the towels and wash them for you once you check out. The property was very quiet, and even though someone lived above the location and next to it, you never heard them. So if they were walking around above us, we never heard them. The biggest seller to this location was that you can bring your dogs. That was a huge deal and saved us a lot of money in boarding fees. They even provided a pet bed and pet feeding dishes. They had lots to do inside from offering a fuse ball table to books and games. The boardwalk was super close as well. The location is centralized to everything. We absolutely loved our time spent there and will definitely be returning.

Worst Experience at VRBO ever!

This was an awful experience right from the get go. On the day we arrived the owner, “dropped by” to leave us a local magazine (which there were several of in the VRBO to begin with). We are private people and would prefer to notify you if needed. Shortly after staying there we learned that the owner lives nearly 30 yards from the VRBO, and they frequent the place daily (with their dogs). We were there for 4 nights. We were “TOLD” by the owner on the 3rd day (which was the 4th of July holiday) that he was coming, at noon to change the air conditioner filter. We weren’t asked, we were told. We have 2 big dogs that needed to be taken out of the place so that they could come do this ONE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT. Not asked if this time worked for us or even if this was okay. Could this wait one day?Then, we were messaged on the day of check out and asked what time we would be leaving. I let him know that we were gone at 11am. I got a message requesting an additional 25 for excessive cleaning fee (over 2 hours due to dog hair) at 12:30-less than 2 hours later. I questioned this and explained that we laid down extra sheets in the VRBO to protect the furniture and I knew that was not true. His response “that was for the 2 hours that it is going to take to wash the extra laundry”. I’m confused here
the extra bedding was for the pull out couch that they would have had to wash if we had to use the pull out bed. Crooks!!! Never again! Made our trip a horrible experience.

Quick In and Out

We just needed a place to crash for the night and this place serve the purpose just fine. FYI there is no door between the bathroom sink and bedroom so if one person gets up before the other, that could be disruptive. But we had to get up and on the road. The owner was really friendly and helpful.

This place was amazing! The view of the sunset.. walking distance to a pool and easy driving distance to the bagnell dam strip. We will be back.

Not up to standard I’m accustomed to

It was obvious the condo was not professionally cleaned. In my opinion, since it’s a business, it should be. I felt like I was living on top of other people’s every day dirt. A for instance would be, if my bath mat looked that dirty at home I would definitely change it out for a clean one.The host made contact with me twice in what I thought was an inappropriate manner. He came by the property, supposedly to “make sure everything was perfect” (even though he was already aware that the closet door was broken), but I hadn’t arrived yet. He asked where I was. The second time he came by, I was trying to take a nap before going to work and woke me up to introduce himself and bring me some coffee pods. That’s when I mentioned to him that the closet louvered doors were coming off the track. He said he needed to get a new piece for it, but if I wanted him to, he could just come and take it out right now. I declined.I’ve been coming to the area on business for the past six years and this is the first time I’ve ever had this kind of experience. For me, it should be a simple business transaction.

Coffee was issue for me

Everything I could possibly need was provided in the unit! I would have benefitted from having a microwave. Also great Nepresso coffee pot and two pods however I was prepared for a Mister Coffee as shown in the ad photo.

Absolutely the best Sunsets...this is the best area at the lake to live and walk to all the local stores & boutiques .... Restaurants, the famous outdoor mall, Andy’s & Randy's frozen custard. And of course Flip Back...my favorite clothing store. Ask for the Flippos for 10% off. Dog park is 100 ft away

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sunsets...beautiful sunsets...most beautiful view of the lake ever....this one bedroom bungalow is located in the heart of Osage Beach walking distance from everywhere and everything. There are no steps to get in this condo. We are pet friendly And have a ton of Green grass and plenty of room to run around.
