Relax with the whole family at this new remodeled home which provides a very peaceful atmosphere. Great for a large family gathering or a retreat for a group of friends. The house provides 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, and an upper attic level with two twin beds. The workspace area for staying connected. The main kitchen is equipped with full kitchen cooking pots and pans with all utensils and chinaware.

In addition to the main house, the basement has a "large" bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk bed with twin and full. The spacious living room provides family movie nights. The kitchen in the basement is perfect for preparing midnight snacks for the family.

Great place. Would stay here again. Host was very easy to reach and responded well. Place had ample space with updated house.

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 10 people. The host was accommodating and helpful. Good location and plenty of parking.

Everything was fine until the day of my wedding. My parents and close relatives stayed here since they reside outside of Oregon. The day of my wedding at about 5am, there was no running water. Host did not get back to me until after 3pm stating that their phone was off. My family had to "shower" with water bottles before my wedding.

The home was perfect. Large for 9 people. The only thing was I have a 1 year old and there’s no door/gate for the upstairs or downstairs. Other than that it was perfect. It’s on a busy street so hope you don’t mind hearing the revving of engines or sirens at night.

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The owner was very helpful if i found we needed something that was not at the house, she had it sent over the same day, awesome service.

Terrible Service

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I booked and paid for this property over a month in advance because I had a wedding to go to the next morning. I spoke with the host about the check-in instructions in the morning and she provided the code to get the key. When we arrived, the key in the box was gone and there were people inside the house. I called VRBO and the host told them it ws double booked. They cancelled my reservation and we were put out. After driving hours to get to Oregon, with two kids under 5, we were exhausted and forced into finding other accomodations. Finding a new place for a large group last minute is extremely difficult and stressful. The disorganization and lack of reliability cost us more money finding a different place, more hours in work, and gave us a horrible start to our trip. Would not recommend.

Always take pictures especially if you see something is not right

Our trip to Oregon was because we had a Church event Saturday and Sunday and on Friday when we arrive the back door was open and the smell of Clorox was horrible we ending grilling which we had stop because the grill was not working properly we drove 12 hours so we were really tired and next day we need it to wake up early because the event was from 8 am to 7:00 pm but then we ending getting back like at 9:00 pm then I went to sleep I ending sleeping in the bottom part of the house so next day we wake up at 5:00 am then one of my sisters told me that she had her AirPods charging and that they were not there anymore we look every where and we dint find them which is was really disappointing good thing that we dint left no other valuables that day then on Sunday morning the event once again was at 8:00 in the morning so we had pack everything and leave so that is when I sent the message to the manager and later like at 4:00 pm she call me asking me where was the rice cooker and that the crockpot was missing the inside and the then at the time I was happy because before she call me she sent me a message telling me she found the AirPods but them when I told her we dint know because we dint use any of the stuff and she reply well the person the clean the house told me that those items were there before you guys arrive that’s why I learn to take picture of everything also when I ask for the AirPods she told me she dint find them that she misspelled the message not happy at all

large house in Beaverton

The house itself is nice, large and many beds. The 2 main are queens, and then 1 room with a queen and a bunkbed with a double and a single. The 2 single beds on the attic are small and it is not high, so not a place for adults to sleep, only small children, but it does get very warm up there and no children's safety gates. It is centrally located but on a very busy street, children cannot play outside unattended, there is no enclosed backyard. The backyard is not too inviting, the area has not been maintained too well. There is a hottub but out of commission and the BBQ looked so dirty we did not use it. Some applianced in the house were broken and there were notices not to use (Oven and garbage disposal). And with room for 7-9 people there was only 1 key, which meant we needed to use the lockbox for everything. When we arrived we let ourselves in, simple, but the house was not very clean, which was disapointing. Not knowing the location until you cannot get a refund anymore is for me also not ideal. Pictures do not show the busy street.

Beautiful

We came to Portland fire a family wedding. This place was perfect for the brides family to stay and get ready for everything! Spacious, beautiful, clean. We could not have found a better place to stay!
