Our Happy Place is a beautifully remodeled 3/2 condo on the shores of peaceful Lake Hartwell. The unit is in the quiet community of Hartwell Villas just steps from Sadler Creek State Park. The community has a pool, brand new Pickle Ball courts as well as a day dock for boats.
Come relax on the large back porch or make your favorite meal in the modern and upgraded kitchen.
Located about 20 minutes from the quaint towns of Anderson, SC or Lake Hartwell, Ga. You have plenty of options for dining and shopping. The unit is only 30 minutes from Clemson so perfect for game day or 40 minutes from downtown Greenville for a great day out!

We absolutely loved the lake house! Everything was beautifully decorated and they thought of everything. This place is fantastic and the owners are truly a Blessing. We definitely plan to return!

Very clean and nicely decorated! Host is very attentive to any needs and very nice. We enjoyed the wildlife and beautiful views of the lake. Nice, quiet , and peaceful area. It was perfect for our family to spend quality time together. They have stocked the unit well with everything you might need. Will definitely return and highly recommend! 10/10

Property was beautiful. It was very peaceful and comfortable. Condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Came in for Clemson family weekend and we didn’t want to leave!

We had such an amazing weekend at this home. It was the perfect backdrop to celebrate our friend's birthday. The space was absolutely as described and so relaxing. Located in a quiet cove garnered the peacefulness we desired and the serenity of being near the water. Our favorite spot was on the screened in back porch where we enjoyed our meals with an amazing view. It truly was "Our Happy Place"

An absolutely beautiful home with everything your family would need to unwind at the lake. The entire condo was extremely clean and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay very welcome. Myself, my wife, and my 5 year old son stayed here as we came in town to visit my parents and we had plenty of room to not feel like we were stepping on each other toes. The only downside to this place was the glade plugins that were used throughout the condo. While the smell didn't bother me, my wife has a bit of a scent aversion after pregnancy and we had to purchase an air purifier to help her not feel so nauseous. After keeping it in the bedroom for the night, she was able to get some sleep.All of the neighbors that we met were extremely friendly, and their dogs too! We didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but the clubhouse looked really cute!If you're looking for a place to stay on Lake Hartwell, this is definitely a great choice!

We had friends visiting from Dallas Tx. We all enjoyed the condo. Was perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch watching the deer walk by. It had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Beautiful & relaxing lake get away

Check in directions were easy to follow and thorough. Kitchen was very well stocked and newly remodeled. All the essentials and more.We enjoyed being right next to the state park and watching the deer.

Quiet lakeside getaway

This was our second time staying here, and hopefully not the last! My daughter and I enjoyed kayaking around the cove, and my husband and I enjoyed drinking our coffee on the porch and spotting deer nearby. It’s so peaceful, and the condo is extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your “happy place” with our family!

We absolutely loved staying here. The unit was beautiful inside, with a spectacular view of the lake right outside. Very, very comfortable and modern rooms. So peaceful! We all slept great.

Grands at the lake

We have stayed numerous times at Hartwell Villas and this is our first visit to this condo. Easy to find, private accommodations, beautiful view of the lake, pool was wonderful, lake was wonderful, and took a hike at Sadler Creek Park. We will be back and will hopefully be able to secure this condo for our stay.

Beautifully decorated, well stocked, with wonderful small touches that made the stay a cut above others! The screened in porch was so lovely to sit in morning and then in the evening. Highly recommend!

This is our third stay at this property and it was, as it has always been, consistently fantastic! Every time you walk in the door it's obviously freshly cleaned and smells great, the complimentary snack bowl is filled to the brim, and the beds are/all furniture is clean, comfy and inviting. The view of the lake from the back porch cannot be beat! We were pleasantly surprised by the couple of upgrades that were made since our last stay - the porch has been screened in, the dining area has a new extension with a cozy breakfast nook, and the extension to the master bath adds great space! We also got to use the community pool for the first time this trip, and it was a big hit!

Peaceful Respite

Our family of 4 had a relaxing time in this home that has all the amenities imaginable. The view to the lake was stunning and the area provided the peace we were seeking. We appreciated the quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness of the home.

Relaxing and beautiful

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend- mom, dad and two elementary aged kids. So spacious, had everything you could need. View is incredible. We will definitely be back.
