Tucked away in the Hampton Pinckney Historic District of Greenville is this modern, getaway retreat. The Fleetwood is a fully furnished 3-story townhome featuring two bedrooms and 2.5 private bathrooms, located directly across from Starbucks. The designated desk space is perfect for working remote or listening to your favorite album on the turntable. Looking for a night on the town? Stroll downtown to experience Greenville’s award winning restaurant and bar scene. The fleetwood is located only .6 miles from Main Street! Perhaps a night in is more your speed? Sit back, relax, and enjoy drinks on the covered back porch before diving into a new book or competitive game of UNO with friends. What’s stopping you? Reserve your stay now!

THE SPACE

Enter through a warm foyer and climb one flight of stairs to a sun soaked open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living space. A covered back porch and designated work space also boast ample area to spread out and work/relax. The open staircase will then lead you to the third level featuring two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, plus a laundry area. The Master bedroom offers a luxurious hotel inspired King-sized bed, tile shower, and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom offers the same comforts in a queen with a walk-in closet and bathtub/shower combo.

The Fleetwood is located only .6 miles from Main Street and is adjacent to Starbucks. It is central to Unity Park, The Commons, Southernside Brewery, Lewis Barbecue, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail!

The place is decorated beautiful. Chase checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we were set and didn’t need anything. The bed was also very comfortable! Close to downtown and a 1 min walk to Starbucks- I will stay there again. Would recommend it highly!

Great spot minutes from downtown

Great place minutes from Bob Secours arena and downtown. Came down from Asheville for the night for a concert. Place is quiet, safe and was everything we were looking for. Very clean and easy check in process.

Great Condo

We've stayed at this property three times while our home was being repaired, and each visit has been great. We love the house and its location, plus Chase is always quick to respond, whether by text or call. Honestly, we've had no complaints at all during our stays.

Perfect Home and neighborhood

Overall, we had a rejuvenating, perfect weekend in Greenville at this home. Owners were superb with communication and home is magazine ready and extremely cozy. Don't think twice, go ahead and book for your getaway.

Great stay!

This was our first time visiting Greenville. The city was great but our visit was made even better by staying at the Fleetwood. The decor was right out of a magazine and we had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed. Much better lodging than staying in a hotel. Chase was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.
