Great location and clean condo! We loved the Swamp Rabbit Cafe for breakfast and walking on the swanp rabbit trail, all super close to easily walk to.

Great location within walking distance to Swamp Rabbit trail with local grocer that serves coffee, lunch items, or groceries if you want to cook food in the kitchen. Really appreciated having basic cooking utensils and coffee in house. This clean, efficient space served us perfectly.

We had a great stay for a visit to Greenville! Everything was exactly as described and they’ve done a really good job on the inside of the unit. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

This was a perfect spot for us as we were in town to visit family and friends. The location put us right in the middle of the many people we wanted to see and the quick and easy access to the main Greenville roads is great. It was also nice to be so close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail as I was able to do my daily runs and my wife was able to walk. My teenage daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Coffee shop. Excellent stay!

Such a cute place. The property is close to trails for both hiking and biking and restaurants.. The beds, linens and furnishings all are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is great and safe for walking. There are televisions in both bedrooms and in the living room. The kitchen is appointed with modern appliances, a coffee maker offering an assortment of coffee options, water was already in the coffee maker, there were bottles of water in the refrigerator and a great washer and dryer. We plan on being returning guests.

The place was exactly what we needed.It was close enough to everywhere we needed to go. Inside I felt like someone was very meticulous on details to make sure everything was well placed in and that every inch of the apartment was utlized well. Thw outaide makes you think you got a lemon once you walk in, you feel at home.

Inside of the property is secure and very well kept. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and beside a very busy highway. It is a short drive too downtown Greeneville.

It was perfect!

I couldn’t find a bad thing to say about this place if I tried. It was perfect. Clean, comfy bed, lots of tvs, good WiFi, plenty of amenities, two full baths, easy check in/out, minutes from our venue, reasonable price! I hope to stay here again next year when we come to the SEC WBB Tournament. #gorebs

Looking to visit and explore Greenville, SC

This was our first stop on a 2-week Southern Tour with our pup of the western Carolinas and upper Georgia. This resort was quite nice for a weekend of biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail and exploring downtown. Nice to be able to do our laundry and bed was very cozy. Very comfortable and clean overall. All that we expected for an in the city weekend stay.

Beautifully remodeled place

When we pulled up I was a little worried. The unit looks a little sketchy from the outside and it's on the corner of a busy road. Inside it's adorable. The beds were the most comfortable beds out of many places we stayed on our trip. The sheets and towels were amazing. The interior was really great-too bad the exterior doesn't match!

We were nervous walking up to the apt. It’s very dated outside. The grass was very high and I mentioned this to the owner when asked if we needed anything. Otherwise our stay was good. The unit was clean inside and it was nice to have coffee and had basic. I cooking needs.

This is perfect for a weekend getaway for a family of 4 (or less). The Swamp Rabbit Trail is easily accessible (within walking/running distance), as is the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery. Hampton Station is a short drive, and downtown is just a little further (still less than 5 minutes). All of the essentials are covered, from coffee maker (single or carafe), freezer/fridge combo, cooking and kitchen prep materials, and even laundry facilities. It even has a few luxury items, like fast internet and smart televisions. Beds are one queen and one king sized and are very comfy. The decor is a little too modern for my personal taste but is still done well. We will be back next time we come to Greenville!

We paid for a 2bd 2 ba apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. We were visiting our grandkids and they were going to stay with us. The apartment was as listed and we spent 3 nights there with no issue. On the 4th night we woke to bubbling sounds coming from the bathrooms and when we woke in the morning the toilets and showers were backed up. As a homeowner we understand that plumbing issues can happen to anyone, at anytime. But from there there was little communication as to when we could get back in to the unit or if we would need to stay somewhere else. By 6 pm we went back to the unit and it was a mess so we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it. Then got a message to move to another unit later that night. The unit was 1bd and 1 bath so our grandkids had to go home, which they were the reason for our visit from Hawaii. And then the fridge in this unit didn’t have a light inside and didn’t keep our groceries cool so we had to throw them out. At the least we should be given a refund of the difference in accommodations.
