Amazing Ocean Views from this 2 bedroom apartment

Great modern condo located across from the beach & just 1 block from Locals Point. The condo is located on the 9th floor with great views of the beach and ocean. Fully equipped for you to enjoy your beach get away. 2 bedrooms with a/c, the master bedroom has a double bed with a private bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed - full size bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. The double beds have new good quality Resiflex mattresses
There is a second full bathroom.
Good WIFI throughout
The space
The entire living room area feels like a big balcony with the sliders opened. You can see and hear the ocean.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire apartment. There is also a pool on the 2nd floor which is accessible by all residents.
There is a rooftop terrace which is accessible to all building residents.
Other things to note
There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the 1st bedroom. You will have access to Netflix and Disney plus on both via a Roku device.

We had the most amazing stay at this condo. The host is just fantastic, she communicates well and is very attentive to your needs to ensure your stay at her place is a great experience. The place is clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything you could possibly need to have an enjoyable stay, cook meals or just hang out and admire the most amazing ocean views right from the comfort of your living room. And if thats not enough you can enjoy even more on the panoramic rooftop terrace with views of the entire beach strip. The building is safe and the location is awesome, within walking distance to everything you need. The staff at the condo were really great too. We had an unbelievable vacation here, we will definitely be back to make some more amazing memories!!! Thank you once again!!!

10/10 recommend staying here!!. It’s on the main strip, but still in an area that is not loud. It’s an easy walk to everything. I felt safe and the guard for the building is extremely helpful. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. The view from the Apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the furnishings were nice and very clean. Will definitely visit again!

Apartment is very confortable, pictures show you exactly how it is. Linens and towels brand new, everything is clean, kitchen's utensils good quality. Amazing sea view from the living room, you can hear the sea all the time, very relaxing. The most important point is communication with the owner since the moment you booked she is always in contact with you, very honest and polite. Plus people in the building are very helpful, we were there with my Dad on a wheelchair, they were very cooperative with all we need. Specially Luis. You'll ve very happy staying there wishing to come back soon before you leave.
