Awesome place to stay next to the beach

My daughter and I had a great stay at this apartment, it is close to everything especially the beach. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, it has an air conditioner but we preferred the windows open for the ocean breeze so only used it one night. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Both the host and the owner were easy to contact and were very helpful since before we arrived. The host was very kind through the process and gave us lots of useful information about the area. She also gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The staff in the lobby were always very courteous and helpful. Overall, the experience was better than we expected. We would definitely choose their apartment again. P.S. Make sure you visit Panaderia Ramirez, at walking distance from the apartment.

Amazing views on the Malecón

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was well stocked when we arrived. The building is secure. Having a washing machine in the unit was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. Questions were answered quickly, and Cynthia was available for recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Diane Abraham

We are from Carmel, Indiana (originally from Toronto, Ontario) and fell in love with Ecuador on our first visit several years ago! Salinas is where Ecuador goes to play at the beach and this is what really attracted us. We are dedicated to excellent customer service and provide services in both Spanish and English for all our guests. There are lots of places to go and see around Salinas so please don't hesitate to ask Cynthia any questions you may have! Note that the neighbourhood of San Lorenzo gives you the best of all worlds: close enough to the action, across the road to a beautiful beach, and a quiet neighbourhood to rest and relax in the evening.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Absolutely fabulous views from both the living room and the master bedroom - you can see the Ecuadorian coast for miles either way. Both the living room and the master bedroom sport floor to ceiling sliding doors so you can always take in the view whether you need the air conditioning or not! Both bedrooms are air conditioned as well. You will be one set of stairs below the rooftop terrace where you can see for miles out to the ocean or into the city of Salinas and beyond.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Fabulous ocean front views from both the master bedtroom and living room. There is a beautiful ocean breeze typically throughout the unit because it is a corner unit on the top floor of the building (below the terrace). The master bedroom at the front of the unit is very uinique and difficult to find anywhere else.
