Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just one block from Main Street that has great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, farmers market, splash pad, florists and spa. Walking distance to everything you need!

Home is 3 bedroom plus a bunk room for the kids, or just a weekend escape for friends. The home has 3-stories and 2 separate living spaces. So much room to enjoy and feel like home!

We want you to enjoy the new urban living.

We are available as needed. Please feel free to contact us if anything is not satisfactory.

This home is nestled on the first block off Main Street. The development is new and holds 4 homes very similar to this one side by side.

Parking is accessed down the alley and behind the homes into the driveway for this home. Details will be given at check in. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional parking can be along a neighboring street if needed.

We would encourage a lot of walking to explore all the downtown Broken Arrow has to offer!

We were in town for a gymnastics meet. It had plenty of room for everyone, the third floor space was perfect for the children. Parking leaves a lot to be desired and is not very convenient when you have multiple vehicles, houses are very close together. If you don’t keep the blinds closed, you can see straight into the house next to you. Overall, it was clean and a very nice house, and the host was easy to communicate with.

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. There was some confusion with the wrong address posted on the website which made for a frazzled check in. I would add that there is a train that is a couple blocks away that you hear every night. If anyone is a light sleeper, it might wake them. The amenities were lacking some (no shampoo, only one dish towel, trash was over flowing) but overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

Family Gathering

Family traveled from San Diego, Milwaukee, Denver, and Providence, to attend our parents memorial service in Checotah. This property was the perfect choice with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We were in walking distance of the Rose District with several restaurants and even live music.

My daughters wedding party stayed here over the wedding weekend. Very nice, just like the pictures show. All the bedrooms and beds were great for their group. Will definitely reccomend to others coming to BA.

The house is darling! It is 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a great bunk room on the 3rd. It was perfect for our girls weekend. It’s very clean, cute, comfortable and accommodating. As others have mentioned in reviews, parking is really the only downside. The house is located on a very busy street, and the driveway is shared with another house. The other house has a garage that opens onto the shared driveway so parking is very strategic. There is a clear diagram for which spots are open and acceptable. Just make sure everyone in your party adheres to the diagram or the neighbors won’t be able to get in and out of their garage. We had zero issues with the house, other than parking.

Comfy home, awesome hosts

House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!
