Cozy bedroom with a Full size Bed and a Futon

In a very nice quiet area of McAllen.
1 block from exp way.
Private entrance and parking area.
2 minutes from Restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Lowes, Las Tiendas (Target,Ross,Academy)
Very near La plaza mall.
It’s an excellent location!
Long term guests are welcome.
-No parties, drugs or smoking allowed on premises.
The space
The Suite is aprox 250 sqf. of living space.
It's located on the side/back of the principal home,
It has a private entrance, door located next to garage.
The room was designed for two adults to enjoy comfortably. And for guests with a small child, the couch converts into a small bed.
There's a full bathroom
Partial kitchen: Mini fridge, microwave, Electric burner, coffee maker, etc.
The unit also has a 45 inch Smart TV with Netflix provided!
Guest access
We will provide code for door on day of arrival.
The parking area is at “U” driveway right in front of suite door.
Property has lots of trees for shade!
Other things to note
Please note that the home will be supplied with basic items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo to get started- but it is the guest responsibility to make sure they purchase these additional items as needed. Towels are provided.

Needed a place close to Pharr/Mcallen and this place is PERFECT!! Cute, clean, kid friendly place to stay. The host is super nice and is available anytime. Neighborhood is super quite and made me feel safe. Wal Mart,Sam’s, The Mall all super close by. Love it

A comfortable room for two. Very clean. Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood. My GPS screwed me up and led me astray, but the hosts were terrific helping me find them. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Comfy cozy clean!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and very clean suite. The host checked in periodically to ensure everything was going well. The place was a little warm due to the air flow, but it was manageable. I had to work from the suite a couple of days, and the internet was excellent! Netflix was a nice touch, and the bed was super comfy. Overall, a great experience!

Peaceful Stay

We were in town for one night to attend a concert. This was the perfect place for us to freshen up after a long drive and rest after a fun show. Great location, lovely neighborhood, and comfortable stay!

Remarkably clean, the property felt brand new, possibly it was. It's somewhat compact, but perfectly met our needs. Convenient exclusive parking right by our door. The host was highly responsive and always ready to help. The neighborhood is lovely, -with beautiful Christmas lights- and just a short walk to major stores. High-speed internet and TV were great for relaxing after a day of shopping.
