Welcome to Viva Le Marche! Fully remodeled in 2022, this beautiful vacation home is brand new from head to toe, equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your time in the Greater Phoenix area. Huge yard, heated pool, pool table and a fully stocked kitchen in a peaceful family friendly neighborhood.

House was great - we loved the pool table, putting green, and the pool! House was clean and had everything we needed. We traveled with young adults kids and significant others. Location also great - 25 minutes or less to almost everything.

We really enjoyed the house. The location was great for exploring the different hiking areas across the valley and it was nice to return to enjoy the sunny backyard and heated pool.

The house was amazing and looked just like the ad. The owner was very responsive during booking. Once we arrived, Evan made sure we had everything we needed and if we had any questions or concerns he addressed them immediately. Evan responded to my text messages within minutes, while we were at the house, and could not have been more helpful and attentive. If we ever go back to AZ I would not hesitate to stay at his property again.

I couldn’t have had a more gracious host. Evan was prompt with communications. He was very understanding as I had a unique circumstance, and a very short notice on check it, he was very accommodating. The house was very tastefully decorated. It was very clean. Smelled nice. The neighborhood is highly desired and sought after and is very family friendly. I highly recommend this rental couples or even a single person as I was in the rental I couldn’t ask for more. I’ve stayed in short term rentals in different states around the country and by far Evan broke the mold when it comes to amazing hosts and quick accommodations communication just everything. Thank you so much, Evan. I hope to work with you again in the future.

Home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in AZ. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool! It was clean and well-maintained and definitely hit the spot on those hot days. The backyard was private and peaceful. The host was very responsive and super friendly. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to relax and soak up the AZ sun!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Longmoor Estates, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations! The house itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The open-concept living area was perfect for spending time with family and friends, and the fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze. The outdoor space was equally impressive—there was a lovely patio area and a large heated pool. Wonderful!

I booked this property for my son, his wife, and their 3 year old daughter for a nice getaway. They said it was a nice house and loved the landscaped backyard. They also enjoyed the location. Evan communicated with me from the beginning and was very helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

This house is so cute, so clean and beautiful! Was the perfect stay for us for a business conference. Slept 6 of us ladies perfectly and the back yard is gorgeous too. Easy communication with the landlords as well.

Property was just as advertised. In perfect shape, beautifully appointed quiet and relaxing. Neighborhood was great very close to stores restaurants- even a place nearby to buy cannoli. It was the ideal getaway. The pool area was clean and very private.

Conveniently located, family friendly home

Great place for a family!

This stunner is exactly as advertised!! Very clean, fabulous pool, great little putting green, nice pool table, well equipped kitchen. The home is clean and bright. The host is very responsive although everything was great right from the start. Would love to come back.

Scottsdale Get Away

Terrific stay in Scottsdale. Home was perfect for our needs-great location. Very clean and well maintained. Evan was a great host and communication was excellent. Highly recommend. Check out the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM). It is 5 min. away and it is amazing.

Great Spot for the whole family

We had a great stay here for my daughter's first birthday. Lot of stuff to do nearby (Arizona Boardwalk) and places to dine in, shop, and sight see. We had 5 adults and two children under 3. The house was a perfect fit and very kid friendly. They had a high chair, which was huge for meal time, toys for kids, and even child locks on the exterior doors to keep the little ones safe from the pool. Evan communicated great from start to finish. If we come back to AZ this is the first place we will try to stay.

Clean, modern home in great location

We stayed for over a week following a surgery. The house was clean, renovated and up-to-date, felt safe and stayed cool in the extremely high temperatures. Evan was very prompt and helpful with questions. We’d stay again!

Concert Getaway

My daughter and I took a quick 4 day (3 night) trip to Phoenix for a concert, and the Modern Stunner did NOT disappoint! It was easy to navigate from Sky Harbor, in a great location. The neighborhood is close to all necessities, but quiet and calm. The bedrooms are spacious, with great lighting. There are ample mirrors (we loved that as we enjoyed evenings out). The amenities aren't exaggerated. The pool was cleaned at 7am our first morning, and I brought some pool floaties and a mini travel air compressor. There were floaties there, as well as pool towels - the electronic travel air pump was perfect. This was my first post divorce trip away and Evan made everything a BREEZE! The communication is concise, effective, respectful and polite. He was responsive with the few silly questions I had and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow upon arrival and departure. I am DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer! My daughter and I talked about how perfect it was for all 5 of us! We will be back
