Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans cette belle maison du sud-ouest située au 12627 N 38th Place, Phoenix 85032. Il a des meubles en cuir souple, un superbe foyer au bois avec de vieilles armoires en bois de grange et de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, la maison dispose d'un plan d'étage totalement ouvert et d'un grand patio couvert avec barbecue Weber (gaz), belle arrière-cour paysagée, meubles de patio et bain à remous spa immédiatement à côté de la chambre principale. Ce lit king-size de maître possède une literie de luxe et une salle de bains attenante à double lavabo en travertin avec le magnifique spa à remous juste devant la porte coulissante des chambres. Les autres chambres sont aménagées pour les clients avec un magnifique lit queen-size ou pour les enfants dans des lits superposés chéris. Nous avons un berceau disponible sur demande. Cet emplacement est idéal pour presque toutes les activités à Phoenix, le golf, la randonnée, la natation, le shopping, le tourisme, la visite et simplement se détendre et se ressourcer. Un téléviseur 42 'dans le salon et des téléviseurs dans chaque chambre, le maître a un écran LCD 37' hdtv et un netflix ainsi que le câble est inclus avec le wifi. Certains des restaurants dans les environs immédiats sont: Beaucoup de restaurants spécialisés qui ne sont pas franchisés et la franchise sont: Outback, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, In n Out, Chilis, 5 n Diner et de nombreux autres restaurants spécialisés. L'épicerie est juste en haut de la 40e rue et un Costco est au centre commercial PV à distance de marche. Le parcours de golf de Stonecreek est accessible à pied et plusieurs autres parcours sont à quelques minutes. L'emplacement de cette maison est idéal pour accéder à la plupart des régions de Phoenix et Scottsdale. Great location - close to many stores and places to visit. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook daily meals including an outdoor grill. Cable TV was a welcomed amenity vs other rentals that only provide internet access that require you to have subscriptions to watch TV.

My family and myself came into Arizona for my graduation at GCU. I was looking for something comfortable for the family and the property was just as described/pictured. It was beautiful and inviting. The family was very impressed and we enjoyed our stay. The home was stocked with many items in the kitchen and bathrooms. Checking in and checking out was flawless. Communication with the homeowner was flawless. Grocery stores and restaurants were within about five minutes of the property, making everything accessible. We even caught a movie on Thursday afternoon. Thank you again for use of your wonderful home.

We enjoyed our stay in the Paradise Valley area. Darcy is an excellent host who is quick to respond and wants the best experience for her renters. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice new hot tub. The home even has a lemon tree with great-tasting lemons, which we enjoyed.

Darcy’s place was absolutely perfect for my family! The convenience of a doggy door and fenced in backyard was AMAZING for our pup. The hot tub was the nicest we have ever seen-it’s huge and even has jets on the floor for your feet. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and all cooking necessities. The decor is very appealing and the beds were all comfortable. We loved having a tv in all of the bedrooms. The AC works EXCELLENT and the ceiling fans helped circulate the air. The neighborhood is very safe and the house is literally within 5 minutes of multiple grocery stores, Costco, HomeGoods, Dollar Tree, restaurants, literally everything you might need! Plus there is a great walking path close by that runs near a golf course. All in all, I would highly recommend Darcy’s place !

We had the BEST family vacation ever and we attribute so much of it to our accommodations. The house was very clean and so comfortable with cozy furniture, plush bedding and linens, accent lighting and a lovely backyard with scenic landscaping. Sharp knives, modern appliances, stainless steel pots and pans and every kitchen and bathroom amenity you could think of was present. The host obviously considered everything a person would want and was readily available for our questions. What couldn’t be beat though, is the location. We were 2 minutes away from a full-family & dog park (Roadrunner Park) and grocery store. Plenty of golf courses, casino, and every imaginable store and restaurant were all close by. We can’t wait to book our next stay here and with Darcy!

Great house!

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! We enjoyed the backyard, sitting outside with our morning coffee. The location is excellent- close to stores and restaurants. We took advantage of the quiet streets to walk around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay, conveniently located to everything.

The property had everything we needed, plenty of room, laundry, great location, quiet neighborhood. I will always stay here when in Phoenix. Close to Scottsdale with restaurants, shopping, and baseball games. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. The beds were comfortable just like sleeping at home.
