Come stay in our fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and brewery. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 15 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

The apt was great, only concern were the people in room three, who were very loud and noisy to the wee hours of the morning other than that it was a wonderful stay.

This small apartment was perfect for what we needed and was equipped with everything you would need. It was very clean and we walked the entire downtown every night and visited most of the restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment. We weren't able to watch tv as the internet cut out most of the time but that was ok for us. We didn't use the gym but looks like a good time.

This property was perfect for what we needed. The location was central and surrounded by adorable shops and great food. The apartment was clean and supplied with everything you could need. Even supplied detergent for the washer/dryer. The hosts are local, and left contact information in case we needed anything. AND they left a sweet card and a gift card to a local coffee shop! Would definitely recommend.

New Year’s in Elizabeth city

Really nice property, very clean, safe, great communication with owner/manager.Location is great, right downtown, easy access to restaurants and some local breweries. The access to the gym downstairs was also a great plus! Would definitely stay here again on a future visit

Property was very clean and centrally located in Elizabeth City. Property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Elizabeth City.

We loved the apartment! It had everything a family could need. It’s was clean with many amenities. The park spot was convenient. The washer and dryer was a definite plus as we were a family of 4 traveling for 10 days from Texas. The bed and bedding were nice and comfortable. The extra bed mat and bedding was comfy as well. The host was there when needed to answer any questions. Thank you for providing us with an awesome place to stay! We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great place!

Well appointed, responsive hosts and amazing location. Despite being above a gym and right on Main St. surprisingly quiet but still great access to dining and nightlife. Experienced things I never did when I lived there. We visit family often and this we be our go-to accommodation from now on.
