This vacation rental is nestled in the back corner of a private cul-de-sac, just a two-minute drive or five-minute walk from Old Town Scottsdale. Soak up the sun in the gigantic, beautiful & private backyard during the day, or relax and enjoy the yard games while admiring a breathtaking view of Camelback Mountain! This amazing backyard features a large pool, next to the deck where you can sit back and chill in our beach loungers. Play mini golf (golf balls and putters/chippers provided) corn hole, giant Jenga, giant chess, or ping-pong when you want a break from floating in the pool! The backyard also features a large, covered patio with an outdoor dining table and sofa set, and grill with propane provided.
Inside this Scottsdale home, youâll find a gigantic open concept living area. Upon entering, youâll encounter the living room/bar area, kitchen, dining room, and our huge game room! Just past the game room youâll find sliding glass doors leading to the backyard. The living room features a comfortable and large seating area and a smart TV with live-streamed cable (YouTube TV), Netflix, Amazon prime, and more. The game room also features a TV with the same! The kitchen is fully stocked so that you can prepare meals at home if desired, including a Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided) to jump-start each morning.
Just off the living room, youâll find a large bathroom with two shower heads. If you head down the hallway off of the kitchen, youâll find four bedrooms, and three more bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a smart TV, a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed to accommodate two additional guests, and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features two queen sized beds to accommodate four additional guests. The fourth bedroom features two queen-sized beds to accommodate up to 4 additional guests. There is a hall bathroom next to these two bedrooms, featuring a double vanity and large shower.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
