The house is found on the second row of the beachfront community El Encanto de La Laguna - steps away from the community's beach access. The house boasts a spacious pool area with jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pits. Upper floor terrace is a perfect spot for enjoying Baja sunsets and sunrises.
