Great cozy cottage in a quiet location, within walking distance to Lake Geneva. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The cottage was cozy and comfortable with great amenities even for winter. Open space that would be good for large or small groups with plenty comfortable beds to sleep 4-6 people. If you needed to work from there the desk was also good-sized. The coffee and wine bar were nice touches. The fireplace was easy to use and kept the cottage cozy on these cold winter days we've had here in January. Easy drive to town. Host was also very responsive to questions and giving suggestions on things to do in the area.

Great getaway spot, we very much enjoyed the fireplace for a weekend of rest and reset. It's late fall, it's screened in back porch in the summer would be our second best amenity.

Well described property with lots to enjoy including bikes and kayaks. Perfect location for visiting both Geneva and Fontana. Access to the Shore Path is a bonus.

We had so much fun, the property was in great shape. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, enjoyed the fire pit and the space and the air conditioning. It was nice to bring our dogs, and the kayaks and bicycle were fun. You should stay here the location is superb.

Comfortable cottage with great kitchen and 2 porches. We used it as a home base while visiting Lake Geneva, Elkhorn and Madison. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Lake Geneva.

Cute lake cottage!

Perfect spot for our family getaway. The hosts were accomodating and helpful. Small touches (wine, toiletries) made us feel extra welcome. It is a drive into town, but it was nice to be away from the crowds, and it was only a short walk to the lake. We would stay here again!

Weekend in Wisconsin!

This was my second stay at Linnwood cottage and we loved it just as much as the first time! The fireplace was such a nice touch and we really enjoy the simple comfort of the cottage! Bill was very responsive to our inquiries and we really appreciate his recommendations! We'll definitely stay here again when jn the area!

Great little escape! The house was super cute, clean and a nice distance from the towns of Lake Geneva and Lake Como. We stayed two nights and will consider coming back to the area and staying here again :-)

The Lindenwood cottage was charming and cozy. It was very clean and had cute little extras that really made our stay (bottle of wine, coffee). Our hosts were quick to communicate and make sure everything was to our liking. We would definitely stay here again!
