We stayed for 4 nights to see family for the holidays. We hosted dinner and loved the amount of space and the game room for the kids! It was too rainy to use the backyard, but it looked like a great place for kids and dogs to play! FYI-there is a 150 fee for pets that wasn’t clear in the description, so take that into consideration when booking.

The house was as described. We arrived after midnight but the lights were on that the gas fireplace was burning. Entry was easy.

House was clean, organized, and easy to find what we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to stay in and cook. Game room kept our kids entertained for hours and it helped having that room when it started raining during our stay. Beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay so much, would definitely return for another stay in the future!

It was a great house to host our family. Everything was so cozy and comfy (in the exception of the door stairs pull out couch). The new game room was great for my teenage kiddos. It kept them entertained.

Nice home. Unexpected issues

We arrived at Yanas home about 1 am, it was east to find. Simple to enter the home. Home was set up as you see on pictures. We were able to unpack and sleep well right away. Next morning I woke up, we didn’t have our pets yet. I walked into the backyard to make sure it’s pet safe for my dogs. There was so much dog feces everywhere even on the deck. I took pictures for proof bc she stated she will charge if I don’t pick up my own dogs poop. I notified Yana bc I don’t want to be accused. I also let her know her cleaning crew doesn’t do a good job, there was batteries missing from tv remotes. She told me to download an ap and use my phone. We didn’t want to. The hot water is scolding hot temp, my son of 9 years old burned his hand trying to shower. I didn’t believe it was that hot, but sure enough it was very hot for myself and spouse on all faucets even the kitchen. I took pictures of all damage that I can see to the property so I can be sure I don’t get charged. I made sure Yana knew about the issues. She responded with its clear this home isn’t the right fit for you , I need you to cancel the stay with me and leave the home. I was shocked, all I was doing was informing her bc it’s obvious she isn’t local enough to look after her house. I also didn’t want to get charged outrageous fees. I informed her we rented the home and are staying bc we will lose our money we paid. She had me pay for my service animals to be there. We left the home in excellent condition, even salted the steps and driveway for her. Days later she told me I broke her tv and is charging me to replace the entire tv. I argued and informed her it wasn’t us. The items that were broken or messy I took pictures of. The windows in the kitchen and the sliding glass door in the kitchen area don’t lock. The locks are broken but she does have wooden sticks down as a lock but still not acceptable. We had until 11 am to check out. Her system locked me out at 10 am. She never offered to come by and fix anything or offer a refund for what we had to deal with. We were grateful to be able to stay here , the home is very nice. We just wish the owner would be more experienced or understanding.

Christmas Get Together

We absolutely loved the property. It has a beautiful back yard and is in a great neighborhood. Our grandkids live in Spokane so they were over the entire visit and we loved the games that were available. We'll definitely go back.
