Looking for the perfect getaway from city living? This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2 story cottage is nestled between 3 creeks and lots of hardwood trees. There is a private gazebo where you can sit on one of two porch swings and enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the wildlife. NewStar-link satellite and new 55” smart TV. There is a private boat ramp in the neighborhood to launch your boat. After a day of fishing, clean your fish at our fish cleaning shed and recharge your boat batteries so you are ready to enjoy another day on the lake. SLEEPS 6

Weekend getaway

Property was very clean and cozy. Plenty of room and in a quiet part of the community. Local use boat launch was a plus with parking there. Close to Powell Park and san Augustine Park. We enjoyed our stay.

Quick Fishing Getaway

The house was lovely. Very clean and roomy. We would certainly recommend this house as a rental, and will definitely be back.

Secluded

Had a great time fishing and swimming with family and friends. Having a boat ramp in the neighborhood is definitely a plus. The rental was very clean with everything you need to have great time and to be comfortable.

Great Fishing Getaway!

I stayed here with a couple friends so we could enjoy a day fishing. House was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed it greatly. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your lovely house!

Lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is very cozy and has beautiful scenery around. We loved having our coffee on the gazebo and just taking in the atmosphere! The home was furnished with everything we could possibly need. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a nice, quiet, and peaceful getaway.

Nice and cozy

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean and a great place for a family to get to make memories and spend time together! My two year old son had a blast and there was plenty of space for him to play. The private ramp was in really close distance and was easy to find. We enjoyed sitting out in the gazebo while getting some fresh air. Overall, We had a great time and would definitely love to rent this again. The owners were easy to get in touch with and answered any and all questions we may have had. Highly suggest for anyone wanting to get a nice, quiet, and relaxing getaway!

Quaint Cabin in the Woods

We spent the weekend with family fishing and celebrating a birthday. The cabin was perfect! It’s well stocked, very clean, and sits at the end of the road which gives it a bit of privacy. The house caretaker lives nearby and stopped by to see if we needed anything. He even brought us firewood and bags of ice. We had an issue with the AC turning off, but one quick text the to owner and the AC schedule was removed so we could control the temperature ourselves. If we return to Sam Rayburn, we will definitely consider this cabin again!
