Waterfront home on a beautiful wooded, private1 acre lot on Sam Rayburn.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom lakefront home is comfortable for the whole family. The 1acre lot is wooded and very private. The master bedroom and ensuite is on one side of home away from the other 2 bedrooms. There is a full bathroom shared by the 2 guest rooms. Toilet paper, soap and towels provided. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware, foil, baggies as well as broiler and microwave and a convection oven. Folgers coffee is stored in the freezer, and there is a coffee bar with a Keurig and French Vanilla cups as well. There is a washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets provided. Beautiful huge back deck with comfortable chairs and long table for outside dining. Corn hole game on back deck. Movies and various games inside. There is a propane pit for grilling. We are 5 miles from the boat ramp on FM 83 and 8 miles from beautiful Powell Park. We are located in the San Augustine national forest for all of you hunters out there. Also a great place to stay for bass tournaments. Or just come up, relax and enjoy the lake!

Located in a beautiful setting of forests of pine trees. It is close to a marina that had pontoon boats available for rent. The lake is HUGE and mostly undeveloped so you have gorgeous vistas of pines clouds and water. The Stump is a wonderful local restaurant and The Cedar Tree in Jasper was winderful.

This was a Friendcation.Just my husband and I and my lifetime best friend and her husband. We had a very quiet, peaceful relaxing weekend and that was the goal! The place is nice. Interior of the home is beautiful and very well kept and clean,but the outside could use some cleaning and up keep. Very private, which we loved. All in all we did love our stay. I would recommend this place ,great relaxation place thats for sure! Wanda D from Louisiana

Quiet weekend

Took the teens here for a few days. Lots of thoughtful touches around the home. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. We had a great time on the lake. There were two very large dogs loose in the area. The property is not fenced so I had some concerns. The balcony is beautiful. I do recommend as a family stay looking for a peaceful getaway.

Spacious & Clean

Our family visits Lake Sam Rayburn every year around Memorial Day. We have stayed at several different rental properties over the years. This one is our new favorite! It’s about 15-20 minutes from Powell Park and Rayburn Park, which is where the rest of our family likes to camp. The house was very spacious and clean. I never saw a single bug inside the house. The master bedroom is very big. So are all the bedroom closets. Good A/C for the Texas heat. Nice large smart tv in the living room and enough space for the family to all hang out. The backyard lake view from the living room is lovely, and we even saw a fox one day. Great value! We absolutely will be staying here again.

Very nice!

The house is set up very nicely with everything you need to enjoy the lake. It was very clean and decorated so cute! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed along with a few things we forgot to bring with us so that was really helpful. The deck was awesome! Enjoyed most of our time either on the deck or at the lake. Host were helpful with all we needed for a smooth checkin. Was a great family weekend!

Beautiful spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Waterfront home. Home is very comfy and cozy. Clean with all of the amenities listed. Owners are very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here!

Lake house

My family and I really enjoyed our stay it was very clean, felt home like, good location and also waterfront even tho the water was low. Also enjoyed the small things like having games, towels, linen, grill accessories etc. Still enjoyed our time on the water and enjoyed the property was peaceful and good neighborhood. Nice view in the morning to enjoy coffee... Would recommend to any small family or friends to stay. 5 🌟

Perfect lake getaway!

Super cute and cozy lake house. The host had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend getaway. There was plenty of seating in the living area and kitchen for lounging and visiting. The kids were able to walk to the lake and fish or play with the games provided in the house and on the back patio. We will definitely be returning!
