Centrally located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, walk down the stairs and you are on the beach at Lake Tahoe. During ski season it is a short drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, 7 minutes to the California Lodge or to the Heavenly Village Gondola (depending on traffic). You can walk to several local favorite dining spots, or CVS is close if you forgot an essential item. This upstairs unit features a cozy living room with fireplace (we supply a few presto logs for you) fantastic lake views, a full efficient kitchen and 2 sleeping areas and 2 baths. There is a flat screen TV on the wall. On the entry level there is a private bedroom with queen bed, full bath with tub/shower combination. Upstairs in the open loft there is a double bed, a twin bed and flat screen tv on the wall. There is a full bathroom with shower stall on this level. In addition there is a bonus room set up with a kids table for playing games or a space to store your luggage. There is a storage closet that gives you space to store your skis or board in the winter, or can hold your beach gear in the summer.
