Check in was seamless. The home was absolutely perfect and location could not have been better. We used kitchen facilities and it was equipped with everything we needed. Great stay.

The location of our rental was right on the beach and had an amazing view including sunrise! RnR rentals communicated extremely well with everything associated with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot beat the view! We loved our stay. Would have loved it more if the beds had been updated as all were very uncomfortable. But I guess you are not there to sleep! Private beach was invaluable as it was a holiday weekend. Weather was perfect too. The home has a smaller living area then appears in photos and no outdoor dining which would have been nice.

We always appreciate the opportunity to address problems while you are in the home, instead of letting us know after departure, so we can make sure you are enjoying your stay. The location is amazing but the property was missing air conditioning and during summer the house gets so warm that it is inhabitable even with fans on full speed. Around 7, with the windows open the second floor was close to 85. First day the windows were stuck and had to call the emergency line to get maintenance team on the property to open the windows. Outdoor furniture was not cleaned before our stay so could use it but everything else within the property was clean. Overall removing one star for that reason.
