This unique 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sits on a beautiful creek and offers an estate-like feel with modern comforts throughout. Enjoy a wrap-around patio with outdoor dining, built-in speakers, a park bench, fire pit, and charcoal grill â perfect for gatherings or relaxing evenings. Inside youâll find smart TVs, high-speed 1 GB internet, and plenty of room to spread out, making this property ideal for families, business travelers, and corporate retreats alike.
Please note: there is a separate apartment attached to the building that is also available for rent. This listing is for the main house only. Guests staying in the house will have exclusive use of all listed spaces, but the apartment may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
The Space:
All the bedrooms are very roomy and well equipped with comfortable beds and everything you need to relax.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, an oversized bathroom with a custom shower and a small room with a futon.
The 2nd master also has a King size bed and on suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom also has a King size bed. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The 5th bedroom/office has 2 twin beds with pull out trundles, a total of 4 twin beds (this is a semi-private bedroom located downstairs) and can sleep 4 people.
Custom kitchen with an island and everything you need to cook a family meal.
The large patio and large yard feel like you have your own private park. Includes a fenced in yard, with separate dog run and fire pit, plus a view of Hamstring creek. Enjoy the large living room with fireplace, shuffleboard table, and a TV with Roku for streaming your favorite channels. It also has a spacious and fully stocked kitchen with dining table.
Large office with 2 desks and 1GB internet speeds, a formal living room and a playroom with a card game table, bar, fireplace and TV.
The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There is a dog park and a golf course about a mile away.
Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
Please note that all 3 bathrooms are located upstairs and the 1/2 bathroom is located downstairs.
We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
There is a private apartment attached to this home that may be rented separately. If youâre interested in renting both the main home and the apartment together for larger groups or full privacy, please message us directly or visit our profile to view the apartment or combined listing.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, except the garage, garage apartment, the master closet, and a few other closets. Guests have access to all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Bridgeport subdivision which is one of the premiere subdivisions in Fayetteville. Right next to a Hamestring Creek. Enjoy views of the creek and the sound of running water most of the year.
Other Things to Note:
- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Pets -Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Six extra guests up to 14 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees may apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit.
