Comfortable homes

We loved they house it was nice and cozy stay.only think thats mossing os a iron and a long mirror. Will rent again soon.

Lovely Stay

Good property and stay. Nicely decorated. Used the washer/dryer once. (Remind guests to clean the lint filter after each use. It was stuffed!) Nice bonus room. Great access to Cain Park. We moved trash containers off the tree lawn to back of house and then back to curb on Tuesday for pickup. Witnessed the neighborhood skunk enjoying trash in bags. Recycling had not been picked up because previous guests bagged it in black trash bag, which is a no-no. Toilet in main bath is a little tippy, wax seal may leak. Tub drain running slow. Battery low in thermostat. Some easy extras would make it super special: hangers & additional closet hooks, iron, more towels, tp & paper towels (there wasn't enough for 6 guests for 7 days), screens in bedroom windows, mirrors & small wastebaskets in bedrooms, broom & a few cleaning supplies, improve attic sleeping quarters with lamp, bedside table etc.

Great Place

The place is a really nice old house in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was very clean and functional. The location is very convenient to Cleveland's east side, within walking distance to Cain Park where there is a concert amphitheater. The beds are all queen size and comfortable. There are a few things to be aware of... the fourth bed room is in the attic. It is very nice, but the only way to get there is passing through another bedroom. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night could be awkward. Secondly, the listing showed (at the time I booked) 2 bathrooms. The reality is, it's 1 and a HALF bathrooms. A minor detail, but important to know. Lastly, there was some confusion bout check out time. At the time I booked, the listing showed 11am checkout. The cleaning lady showed up at 10, wondering why we were still there. She was very nice and patient, but it was strange. I showed her a screen shot of the listing showing an 11 am check out time....we did ask for and were granted an earlier check in time. Overall, the place is great. Clean, functional and convenient. I would stay again.

I don't think the owner would want to stay at his property

This rental needs serious repairs. The keypad on the front door didn't work I called the number provided. I was told some keys were in a lockbox at the rear door and I was able to gain access. The outside trash can and recycle cans were already full at check-in which should have been emptied prior to my arrival the owner said the trash is emptied on Tuesdays i arrived Friday. First impressions are important the mud room had a bag of trash in the corner and junk mail all over the bench. The (3) ceiling fans in the bedrooms had dust on the blades The attic bedroom was extremely hot no vents for air or heat. The wall outlet covers need to be put on correctly. May 20, 2023 the review said tub drained slowly and toilet was wobbly it was in the same condition when I rented August 4-8 The tub leaked into the kitchen you can tell patched that area previously The kitchen and bathroom windows and the door to basement need curtains you can see from the outside into the house. The bedroom upstairs needs curtains on the door that goes out to the small room and it needs curtains to that window as well. There is only 1 TV located in the living room. To get to the room in the attic you have to go through one of the bedrooms. The flooring in the hall upstairs creeks badly. I suggest putting a bed in the room with the egg chair on the 1st floor and taking bed out of that hot box attic. I WULD NOT Recommend this rental until the repairs can be confirmed.
