Méticuleusement briques rénové Cape cod vient de terminer et disponible!
Toute la maison a été entiÚrement refait: 1er étage salle de bain complÚte (avec une promenade dans la douche), salle de bain au 2Úme étage (avec baignoire / douche), Nouvelle cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils, 4 lits Queen accueille 8. Toute la maison a été récemment meublé (lits, meubles de salon, etc), ainsi que des draps / serviettes. Un nouveau garage 2 voitures avec porte de garage a été construit juste!

We very much enjoyed our stay so close to family in South Euclid and Lyndhurst. When the weather turned bad, Frank delivered a bag of salt pellets for the front steps. The heating was great and kept us warm during the rain, snow, and blowing cold. Was very grateful for the useful kitchen so we could help bake the Thanksgiving meal before heading over to the relatives.

Perfect for our family holiday!

Clean & Cozy! Our family of 5 especially enjoyed cooking together in the spotless, spacious & well-equipped kitchen! So much better than a hotel! Had a wonderful trip visiting extended family while having our own space together! How do I know? Each daughter mentioned it separately! Frank was helpful in getting us settled agreed

Exactly As Advertised

We had to come to town for a funeral. This property was very nice, exactly as advertised and a relief to have the accommodations covered during this tough time for us. The property owner’s communication was excellent. We’d highly recommend this property if your travels take you to this area.

The house is really well done, clean and remodeled. Frank was responsive and easy to communicate with. Our trip got cut a short, but I might advise a traveler to be aware that this home is in a ok neighborhood, but the drive to it from the highway requires you to pass through a questionable part of town. We did not feel safe day or night driving to the house, and walking the dog at night was a definite no since the house is only one block off the sketchy area. However, the house itself was great, beds comfortable and everything was surprisingly clean.

I booked this property on short notice due to a family emergency. I had family coming in from all over the country. The owner was responsive and the property was clean and well-maintained. Both of these factors made our visit that much easier. Thank you.

Awesome place to stay and wonderful customer service! It was beyond the limits I set for this rental

What a amazing stay in a nice cozy house. It was so perfect for our out of town stay for a family wedding. We BBQ on the pit that he provided for us to accommodate our stay. He went over A beyond to make sure we was comfortable. We had packages delivered to the house a day before we got there and they was safely put away for when we arrived.( ring bearer tux)If we return we would surely stay here again and would recommend this cozy updated modern house to anyone whose looking to have a home away from home experience!!!

Great for Families

Great stay for families. We were in Cleveland for a graduation with a multi-generation family ranging in age from 0-83 years old. This house is functional for all, with a first floor walk in shower/bathroom and bedrooms that worked well for my parents (60s) and grandma (80s). My husband, myself and two young children were very comfortable in the two bedrooms upstairs with our own bathroom. I recommend bringing doorknob covers or a baby gate for extra peace of mind if you have a very active toddler. Loved that we had laundry available if needed. The layout is ideal, location is perfect and the neighborhood is charming. Will stay again if we ever return to Cleveland!

Cleveland Heights

The property is located in a decent subdivision, but I wouldn't say I liked the location. I would not recommend that anyone walk outside the subdivision, and I drove anywhere from 20 to 25 minutes to be in the area I feel comfortable walking around in. I was disappointed I couldn't get the sports channel I wanted to see. However, I did not call the host or ask about the sports channels because I had spent little time at the residence.

Cozy Home in Cleveland Heights

Everything about this property was amazing. We looked all over to find the perfect spot to spend the holidays with our son and daughter in law and we found it here. This home is so cozy, clean and well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms. We would definitely rebook this home.

So convenient!

Location was perfect for our situation. Visited family in the area within 6 minutes. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome property

Everything we needed for family of 4 visiting our son who attends college in Cleveland. This is our third experience with this owner (second property). Both houses were very comfortable & adequately stocked for cooking at home & relaxing while visiting with family. Highly recommend.

Perfect for us

House very clean and in nice neighborhood. Worked out very well for us to accommodate spouse's procedure at Cleveland Clinic and various family coming to town. Frank not required for much. Friendly, helpful & offered to contact him if needed shortly after arrival.
