The Space:
This spacious cowboy condo sits in the heart of South Congress, blending rich western history with modern comforts. The condo is decked out with authentic cowboy décor, from cowhide rugs to vintage saddles and ranch-style touches at every turn. Dont forget you can wear any of the boots or hats around town during your stay!

Cook up Texas-sized meals in the fully equipped chuckwagon kitchen, gather your crew at the dining table for 8, or step out onto the private 2nd-story patio for a breath of fresh air. The loft, overlooking the saloon-style living room, offers multiple sleeping arrangements, perfect for your posse. The other two ranch-inspired bedrooms each feature their own private bathrooms, thick polished concrete floors, luxurious white linens, and a Jacuzzi tub for unwinding after a long day exploring South Congress. Relax with a massive 120-inch projector, ideal for a western movie night or gaming showdown for the kids.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment located on top of Allen's Boots. The entrance to the clubhouse is completely separate from Allen's Boots entrance.

There is 1 parking space available for free.

While South Congress is one of the lowest crime neighborhoods in the city. Security/privacy is one of our primary concerns and we want to make sure you feel safe. We have a full security camera system (OUTSIDE ONLY), unclimbable gates, a front gate buzzer, remote controlled metal shutters, and keyless entry or keyed entry.

Other Things to Note:
The entire unit is only accessible by staircase.

There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom.

1 king bed in the guest bedroom .

2 queen beds in the loft and a small full bed. (Please be aware the full bed will not accommodate anyone over 5ft 11in).

1 queen sized blow up mattresses.

2 cots that can be setup in the large closet for privacy.

We do allow parties or events but you must first clear with us them before booking.

If you are a photographer interested in doing a photo shoot, we do offer some specific windows of time available. If if you are interested in doing a hourly rate instead of booking an entire day, please inquire.

The second bedroom is connected via the patio. It is part of the house but must go outside under a covered patio to access it.

The projector is hooked up to an Apple TV. The video games are through Apple Arcade. We have 2 controllers but you can use any Bluetooth control if you want to bring more.

The loft bedroom area is only accessible by climb an easy ladder.

Check-in instructions. The house has an electronic deadbolt with a new code for all of our guests. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm but we might be able to do earlier at your request.

Check-out instruction: Check-out is at 11:00am.
Please make sure all trash is put in the trashcan inside or outside in the bin. There should be no trash on counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, or outside. Please make sure all used dishes are in the washer and it is started. You are not responsible for stripping the beds or starting laundry. The cleaning company will charge double the cleaning fee if the house is left in a horrible condition. It will also charge for horribly stained sheets and towels. A makeup towel will be supplied in each bathroom and should be the only things used for makeup.

Howdy, partner, we like to keep things as easy as a Sunday ride. I live just down the trail and can lend a hand with anything you might need, from local tips to quick fixes. If you’d rather keep to yourself and enjoy the peace and quiet, we’ll stay out of your way like dust on the horizon. Either way, you can count on us to be available day or night — 24/7 — should you need a helping hand or have a question.
