Située dans le quartier très prisé de Judges Hill, cette maison historique a été entièrement rénovée et se trouve à moins de 800 mètres du cœur du centre-ville, à quelques pas seulement des meilleurs restaurants, bars, galeries d'art et discothèques. dans la ville! La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains + un incroyable loft au 3ème étage, pouvant accueillir un total de 10 personnes. Disponible à la location par le biais du club des locataires. La maison est équipée d'un mobilier haut de gamme, d'électroménagers haut de gamme et de plusieurs ponts avec vue sur le centre-ville! Cette maison est absolument magnifique!

Cette maison est gérée de manière professionnelle par le Renters Club, qui fournit le premier service de gestion de location de luxe d’Austin. De l'enquête au départ, le club des locataires est disponible pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Notre objectif est de connecter nos invit��s à la culture vibrante d'Austin en maintenant un portefeuille de maisons surélevé. Nous sommes heureux d'être votre hôte.

The property was very clean and gorgeous! Lovely neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants, the capital and the university. We were a 3 generation family reunion, the rooms were perfect for our group of 8. No disappointments on our end, we were delighted that the photos and description represented the property as it was. The kitchen large and the best equipped kitchen I've experienced with other rentals. The management company was easy to work with, responded to all my many questions within a short time frame. Should we return, we will be sure to rebook this lovely home.

We had a lovely time at this house (a three-day gathering of my siblings and me). Very spacious, well located, well managed. I was however surprised by the bathroom arrangement as one or two bedrooms had an in-suite access to a bathroom whereas the others involved walking in the hallway to access a common bathroom. Also, the house is very much not wheelchair friendly, and I had trouble getting up and down the stairs to the second floor and did not want to go up the stairs to the third floor. So a future renter should be aware of the stairs situation.

This was a great location! The house was amazing. We did have one issue with the blinds in one room falling down in the middle of the night which scared the crap out of us but nothing to fault the renters just accidental. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked.

The house was very well appointed and comfortable, the host was very accommodating and communicated well with us throughout the planning process. The house was in an amazing location that made it so that we we’re incredibly close to just about everything in the downtown area (it became a joke that everything was between 10-15 minutes away no matter what we were trying to do). The house has multiple different “spaces” that made accommodating the different groups in our party super easy, and the living room was very comfy with the fire place and comfy lounging chairs and sofas.

We had a wonderful stay at Dozier House! The open common area space and huge kitchen was perfect for our group to all have eating and lounging space. The central location was convenient to all the areas we wanted to visit, and the parking was a huge plus for our guests with a car. Only "negative" was the fridge was a little tricky to close, and the sun was very bright in the mornings through all the windows along the back of the house without blinds, but I cannot say there was any shortage of natural sunlight! Overall, it exceeded our expectations and I would definitely book it again!
