Phenomenal backyard with massive screened-in tiki hut, a huge 32x17' pool + oversized chess board and a pool bar! And last but not least-- a stylish new GUEST COTTAGE with a full bathroom. Perfect for the "guest of honor" or bachelorette accommodations! We have 16+ homes --all are amazing!

HOME OVERVIEW:
This unique home is nestled in a beach residential neighborhood-----a 5 minute drive to the beaches! The open concept of this beautiful home makes it spacious and inviting and the clean, vacation décor gives you something to talk about and a "welcome to the beach" type of feeling. Stream your TV favorites on one of the 8 Smart televisions--there is one in every room of the home as well as in the tiki hut and the pool bar! We provide wifi but no cable package. In addition to the spacious den there is a separate lounge area with two dining tables that seat 11 between the two.


PRIVATE GUEST COTTAGE:
This is part of the rental...we do NOT rent cottage separately. When you rent the home--you rent the cottage as well! And the good news is that this newly constructed cottage is nothing short of amazing! It includes a full bathroom, a kitchenette, a king size bed and a sitting area. The cottage is air conditioned and heated. Get there early before someone claims this room!


OUTSIDE AMENITIES:
Step outside of the den into the heart of this home. In addition to the huge x17' pool we have a new MASSIVE tiki hut that was constructed to ensure it was fully screened-in to avoid those mosquitos. The tiki has a large 55" TV and seating for your entire guest list! Adjacent to the tiki hut is the oversized chess board or (on the other side) is the private guest cottage, which sleeps two! You will definitely enjoy the tropical landscaping in the backyard and the nighttime landscape lighting. We provide a gas grill, too!


MAXIMUM GUESTS IS FOURTEEN:
Master Bedroom:. King Bed (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom #1: TWO Full Beds (sleeps 4)
Guest Bedroom #2: TWO Full Beds (sleeps 4)
Guest Cottage: King Bed (sleeps 2)
Memory Foam Floor Mattress: Upon request we have a foldable, surprisingly comfortable full size guest mattress that sleeps 1-2.


POOL DETAILS: Our pool is professionally cleaned twice every week! The pool is large--our largest pool!


OPTION TO HEAT POOL: You have the option for a heated pool at an additional cost. Please contact Host as cost varies depending on time of year and length of stay. This amenity is only available from October 15 until April 15.


PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee is $150 for up to two dogs. Please no false claims of ESA's/Support Animals. We are fair and our pet fee is fair---so we expect guests to be fair. Should a guest have a service animal, given their role in providing service or support, they should never be left alone in the home. No cats are permitted (due to severe allergies).


BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
We use a local rental service for a pack-n-play for guests, upon request. Due to limited availability, notify host at least 7 days prior to ensure availability with the service company. Their cost for rental and delivery of item is $35. Your Host will return it upon your departure.
