Welcome to Evergreen Point where you can sit back, relax and unwind! This Adirondack cottage sits on the shores of Lake Simond and offers spectacular lake views! You can access the Raquette River, Big Tupper Lake and Raquette Pond from the property. Roast marshmallows around the firepit (firewood provided) or grill up some steaks on the gas grill under the covered gazebo with picnic table. There is a private dock for you to dock your boat, kayak or canoes. (Watercraft and life vests not provided. You will need to bring your own.) It's just a short paddle to your private "Sunset Island" where you can have a picnic. This beautiful home has 3BR's and 2BA's. The first 2BR's are on the main floor and both have a queen bed. The master Bath with tub is on the main floor and is shared by the two bedrooms. The third bedroom is on the second floor and has 2 queen beds and a private bath with shower only. The kitchen, dining area and living room are open and afford floor to ceiling windows for amazing views of the lake. The kitchen is fully applianced with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Included is a coffee maker, keurig, toaster, blender, mixer, pots, pans, silverware and all the dishes and glasses you'll need. The basement family room is has a huge TV and foosball table for everyone to enjoy. This is where you'll find the full size washer and dryer. There is Wifi for all of you gaming fans! Ample parking space for two cars. An Adirondack experience at its best.
