Newly Renovated condo! A fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, TV's, and plenty of space to spend time with family & friends. Imagine waking up 3 min away from Sunday River's Ski lifts with all of the comforts of home, 3 microbreweries only minutes away, and 5 min to Bethel's charming town center and attractions! Outdoor lover's paradise! Hiking, fishing, biking, with Maine's best hiking in Grafton Notch State Park and White Mountain National Forest! Experience Maine's mountain lifestyle at its finest!
Our ground floor, 1 bedroom condo can sleep up to 6 people in 3 beds. You have access to the entire condo, and in the warmer months, the shared outdoor grills, picnic tables, etc. For security, we have an outdoor camera at the front door/entrance and a noise decibel monitoring device.
We are located on Sunday River Rd. between Sunday River Brewing Company and the ski resort! The classic New England village of Bethel offers all of the tourism amenities of a quality 4 season mountain town with shops, grocery stores, farm to table restaurants, bars, and more. Our condo is only minutes away from Carter's Cross Country Ski center; one of Maine's best! Finally, you will love the proximity to Sunday River Resort's 8 interconnected ski mountains boasting 135 trails over 870 skiable acres. Summer is amazing here! Enjoy the some of the best hiking in New England at nearby Grafton Notch State Park and White Mountain National Forest! Sunday River Golf Club is one of the top courses in Maine and the ski lifts run for hikers and mountain bikers to enjoy Sunday River's scenic and exciting trails!
We supply all linens, bath towels, hand towels, etc (we do not supply washcloths).

Sunday River Family trip!

Our family had an awesome trip. The condo is extremely close to the mountain and the condo is super clean, and tidy. Make sure to read the hosts condo summary as it has really good tips on stores nearby, and where to grab sheets/blankets/pillows for the sofabed. We were in town for the Santa Sunday run. Super festive and what a great cause!

Sunday River Ski weekend

This condo is a great find, especially if you're looking for a place to stay super close to Sunday River. We had a great 4 night stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

Cute, convenient condo

Condo was close to the main road, making it easy to access. Comfortable space in a nice set of condos. Woke up to birds chirping and watched the robin flying to-and-from its nest on the back porch. Condo included a full kitchen, so we were able to cook the foods necessary for our sensitive stomachs, which always makes a trip easier! Enjoyable visit, would come again!

Clean and cozy condo

Immaculate condo with great location. The communication with the owners was great. We stayed for 5 nights with 3 kids and the futon and sofa bed were very comfortable for the kids (MUCH more comfortable than other sofa beds!).

First time to Sunday River

My girlfriend and I had our first adventure to Sunday River. Our stay in the condo was excellent. Its super close to the slopes and to several breweries. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. The bed and the couch are super comfortable - I think they are memory foam... not too hard, not too soft :)

I also own an international travel company, ActivSport Travel, and Jess has extensive experience in education as a high school math teacher and leading international educational tours. Our passions lay in soccer, skiing, traveling the world, and being outdoors.

Welcome! We hope that you have a wonderful stay at our home on the scenic western mountains of Maine. We chose this property because we loved the proximity to Sunday River to ski! We wanted something close to the ski resort, but yet just far enough away to have some privacy from the hustle and bustle of the on mountain condo scene. Being close to two microbreweries and the legendary Matterhorn Ski Bar is a bonus as well! We found this property in 2022 and decided it was the perfect place to enjoy year-round with its proximity to Sunday River for skiing, hiking at Grafton Notch State Park, and the many things that Bethel has to offer. When we are not hosting guests like you, we enjoy spending time here with our family and friends along with our son.
