Beautiful house and property! House is spotless. Large kitchen. Plenty of room for us three couples to play board games and cards. We all enjoyed walks on the property, too. Host answers queries promptly. We would highly recommend this property to any larger group!

We had such a memorable stay at Farmhouse – Retreat Horses, Grapes and Orchards! From the moment we arrived, the welcoming hosts made us feel completely at home. The farmhouse was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, giving our group of six plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.The peaceful countryside quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We loved waking up to beautiful views, watching the horses, and taking in the vineyards and orchards surrounding the property. After exploring the nearby Pennsylvania attractions, it was wonderful to return to the large, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable gathering spaces to share meals, stories, and laughter.The location was excellent for visiting Longwood Gardens, Lancaster County, Gettysburg, and other nearby destinations. Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating, adding an extra layer of warmth to an already special stay.This farmhouse offered the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable experiences. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to families and groups looking for a welcoming and memorable countryside getaway!

We love this property! We have visited twice to date. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. The home is well equipped, comfortable and tranquil and is large enough for family gatherings and entertaining. We are only 2 people and don’t utilize 1/2 the home but we enjoy it here immensely as it’s so cozy and comfortable. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas overlooking the various pastures. We love that it is pet friendly and our pups love it here!. The property is great for hiking and exploring and taking long walks. While it is a working farm, the workers and boarders are respectful of your space and very courteous. We highly recommend this property and we will be back.

Great place to make memories. Beautiful farmhouse where tradition meets modern. House is totally equipped with everything you need. All rooms are super clean. If you love spacious rooms, comfortable and relaxing setting, you will love this house. If you love horses, you will love this property. Lots of friendly horses around for you to pet. The host was super responsive and accommodating. My family all loved the house and the entire property. It's a winner of a rental.

Perfect home for our two families and pup. Great location to Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square and other fun activities. HOME is AMAZING and our hosts were so kind and super responsive and gave great recs!!!! LOVED IT

Very nice property in the countryside but close to everything you would need. Well equipped and great parking should you decide to a have a gathering as we did. Really attentive owner.

This property is absolutely amazing. From the gorgeous, spacious farm house to the expansive acres of horse filled fields. This property is conveniently located to local towns and destinations like longwood gardens. Can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a relaxed and refreshing getaway and you can even bring your furry friends!

Perfect getaway for couples or families

Very clean, quiet, and well-appointed country estate. A must-stay for anyone who loves horses or wants to learn more about them. Riding opportunities for all ages are available, and lots of walking trails. Excellent outdoor space. If you love the country and outdoor living, it's a perfect home. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful Farmhouse for Family

We had family come in from out of town and it was the perfect place to gather. The property is beautiful with all the land and horses surrounding you. The house is just as pictured and so clean. We may rent again in the future! Thank you!!

This property is amazing and the house is so spacious and pristine. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with the large island and well stocked cabinets. Staying on a horse farm was unique and so peaceful. We loved interacting with the horses and the trainer there even gave someone in our party a riding lesson. The house is located within 1/2 hour from West Chester, Longwood Gardens, Chadds Ford, and Kennett Square so there was plenty to do. It was an awesome stay.

Fantastic time at this special place. Watching the ponies run was a treat every day. The house is spacious and comfortable. No complaints. Already reserved for 2025.

Best family getaway ever!

We absolutely loved staying at the farm. Check in was a breeze; simply uncomplicated. The house was clean and spacious. The property was beautiful and oh so relaxing. The kids got to watch the horses, explore the orchard and vineyards and had lots of fun canoeing. David was responsive and super accommodating. We hope to come back again!

Lax farmhouse home

Farmhouse was fantastic. We had a couple of families in for a lacrosse tournament and it was perfect. Kids got to catch fireflies at night. Very convenient to Kenneth square or Lancaster.

Work and relax

Stayed here for a family work trip. Had a fantastic week. The farm was so peaceful and relaxing. Loved walking the property and having morning coffee on the porch watching the horses. Good location for our need. House was spacious and well appointed. Would love to return.

Beautiful location and well kept home. Had almost everything we needed. Comfy beds but where is the top sheet!! wish the back porch was bigger. we all loved morning coffee watching the horses.

Amazing Farm in PA

idyllic, beutiful property with horses right near the house, but fenced in. My family and I will have life- long memeories. This is a great place for kids. Dave was extremely communicative and avilable for all of our needs.

Perfect Family Get Away

We really enjoyed this secluded and private farm get away. We had a large group and there was ample space for all. The kitchen/family room was perfect for us all to gather. There were also three different porches to lounge on, with great views from each. We loved seeing the horses all around us and taking walks around the property. The host, Dave, was also super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!
