In this lovely neighborhood surrounded by many activities and everything just right around the corner. You’ll be conveniently located 20 miles from DFW Airport, 25 miles to downtown Dallas, and 10 miles from the AT&T Stadium.

In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Grand Prairie has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Lynn Creek Park features boat ramps, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 9 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 14 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 10 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Grand Prairie. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! The best part about our location is that we live near the Grand Premium Outlets, just 6 miles away!!! The outlets have fabulous designer stores where you can find all of the brands that you love!! ! Irving mall is just 7 miles away!! And you will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Target that's only 1.5 miles away or Walmart just 10 miles! Also you can find different banks just 3 miles away.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

- ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS

The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.
- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- POOL AND HOT TUB -

Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Please note that the pool is not heated .

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

The garage is remodeled as a Media Room.
