Primary renter needs to be 25 years or older to rent this property.

This home has a short steep driveway (about 10 feet length) and may need AWD during wet and icy weather conditions. There is ample street parking if you choose to walk up the driveway.

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.

You'll be in the mountains and so nature related elements are inevitable like weather, wildlife & critters. You may lose power if there is a snowstorm/fallen trees etc. and might see bears from time to time. Please do follow all the safety protocols and don't approach any bears.

Well, when we arrived the hot tub was apart and the maintenance guy pulled in right behind us, but we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because it didn’t get warm enough, the fire place outside didn’t work, the tank had to be replaced, but we couldn’t use that the second night because it rained. The projector had an error message and luckily the maintenance guy was still there and was able to reach the projector on the ceiling to get that off. So we were at least able to watch a movie Friday. There was no dish detergent to hand wash anything and the dishwasher didn’t work. I will not book again and will advise others to do the same.

The place is massive and so clean! It fit our family of 12 perfectly. The movie and pool room was a hit with our kids! The host was so nice and at our beck n call if we needed anything last minute! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. We will be back in the future for sure!

What an amazing weekend. Soccer tournament and my Mom's 90th birthday! Host was amazing and so responsive. We can't wait to book again. My husband said best weekend ever! So close to town but so secluded Awesome property. They thought of everything. You will not need anything. Living area allowed us to gather for Mom's birthday. Laughter and memories in the making filled the house. The theater room was a hit for the kids/teens and the adults. Comfortable. Plan to enjoy the covered outside area as well as the backyard if you can pull yourself from the comfort and fun from the inside.

When we pulled up to the house it took our breath away! It was huge and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The inside was just as nice and my kids had a blast going through the house. The movie room, game room, outside areas were all wonderful and my kids didn’t want to leave ! We will be back in the future for sure and loved everything about the house and our stay!

The cabin was very nice! It was so spacious! Very clean. We especially loved the theater room on college game day. This was the first cabin I’ve stayed in that had an actual “theater” room with a large screen, black curtains, the whole shebang for some awesome football watching!! Owner was very communicative and allowed us a late checkout as well. We enjoyed this cabin and experience!

Fabulous

The cabin is as described. Lot's of room for 12. We all had a favorite spot. The older kids loved the fire pit area and the younger ones loved the movie theater the most, but they all enjoyed both areas. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. We had company (Mr Bear) several times. So make sure all garbage is in the bins and locked. Make sure all foods out of vehicles and locked as we witnessed the neighbors truck get invaded thru the tunnel cover. Everything was nice and clean not even cob webs anywhere. Kitchen has lots of counter space with everything you need. Coffee bar was a plus just needed to bring creamer. Beds was comfortable. Only thing I would warn you about is the driveway. It is steep and short. The guys didn't have too much of a problem backing in 2 big trucks but just opted to pull one in straight forward and other parked on side of road. Walking up and down was a little tricky just go slow and sideways you be fine. We really enjoyed our stay. We would book again for next time we are in the area.

Great home close to sports complex with great amenities!

Great House, Great Spot, Great Communication!

Me and my sisters and our kiddos had a wonderful stay here! There were lots of spaces for people to separate and have space. It was also fairly close to town as well! Very clean. Great communication with the owners/staff about needs (which weren't even big deals) and they were super quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if we venture out that way!

Relaxatoin and Entertainment has a home

We visited with our kids and grandkids for a week and very much enjoyed the property. The kids thought it was their favorite part even though we visited the park, Anakeesta, several Ripley venues. Plenty of space to spend time on their own, they loved the theater and the upstairs walkway as well as the games. I wish it had not been so blisteringly hot because the outdoor space was very nice. Loved the coffee service area, we had good experience cooking, and carry-out from great local eateries

Beautiful cabin! Great amenities! Pleasant owner!

We loved our stay at this cabin! The kids made s’mores over the back yard fire. Some adults enjoyed hot tub. We grilled out for a meal. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. We even enjoyed a couple movies in the home theater and some card games at the large table. Easy access to Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountains. Pick this cabin for your stay!

Family vacation

Overall, a very nice house. The location is excellent and the house offers many amenities. The movie room and games offered were a hit with the grandkids. Driveway is very steep and the house layout is unique. There wasn't really a single space for the 9 of us to sit around together. Owner very responsive. We did enjoy our stay.

2025 Family Vacation

Wonderful neighborhood and very close to Gatlinburg. Quiet, secluded, driveway was steep but we managed to get 2 SUV’s in the driveway and we knew going in it was going to be steep, it’s the Smoky Mountains!!! Great layout for the house and TONS of spaces to spread out!! Loved it!!

Great house in a good, quiet location in Gatlinburg. Perfect for our needs — we had three families with some little ones. Beautiful home nestled in the mountains but not too rough to access from the main roads. Host was responsive and helpful.

The property was really nice and in a great location. A 5 Star Vacation

This was our very first time visiting Tennessee, and staying at this beautiful mountain rental made the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the home was. It was even better than the pictures! With more than enough space for our group of four, we felt comfortable and right at home the entire time.We spent our mornings enjoying coffee on the deck, taking in the peaceful mountain views, and our evenings cozied up in the amazing in-home movie theater — which quickly became our favorite spot. Watching movies with popcorn in such a fun space made for the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring.Both outdoor spaces were well thought out and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Whether we were grilling out or just sitting and chatting, the atmosphere was perfect. The location was also convenient to nearby attractions, but still felt like a private retreat away from the crowds.Honestly, the stay was so relaxing and enjoyable that we didn’t want to leave. We all agreed that this is definitely a place we would love to come back to. If you’re looking for a peaceful, spacious, and beautiful mountain getaway — this is it. Our Tennessee vacation was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to this incredible home!

Nice place

Enjoyed staying here Movie theatre was fun as well as the arcade game. Kids spent a lot of time there. Hot tub worked. Unique house . Most are vertical but this is laid out horizontally. Host is very responsive. Well decorated A few notes: Driveway is steep. I found it best to turn around at the top of the hill and approach the driveway while coming down the hill. There is no garage. It’s been converted to the pool room and theatre (which is very nice !) The loft gets warm. May want to bring a fan or something if the kids plan to sleep up there.
