Founder and Broker for 3tree Realty, Ceci Churchwell has been actively in Real Estate since 2005. She began her career working for a National firm, and then transferred her license to a smaller setting. In September 2010, she left to open 3tree Realty, LLC. Originally from Athens, Ceci attended the University of Georgia in Athens and Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. After college, she worked as a trainer and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for computer software training companies in Atlanta, Orlando, Greenville, SC and Greensboro, NC. Upon returning to Athens, she began her real estate career in 2010, after enjoying great success in many facets of the industry including both residential and commercial transactions, Ceci decided to attain her broker’s license and open her own firm. By 2013 Ceci was confident in her methods and was finding real success in her approach. But she was also feeling a bit lonely. So she brought on a second agent, then another and another, and the firm grew steadily, eventually consisting of more than ten agents. Under Ceci’s wisdom and guidance, 3tree Realty has organically spawned a culture deeply rooted in collaboration. Our veteran agents naturally take on a mentoring role when new agents come on board. The results are a strong and well-rounded team that assists and supports one another, and has a whole lot of fun together in the process. We just know that our client-centered collaborative approach ultimately yields agents that are more trusted and more effective.
