Enjoy a stroll to Downtown Athens, Sanford Stadium, The Classic Center, and UGA’s Campus. This cozy 3BD/3BA cottage features an open layout with artful design, high-quality linens, smart TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. Relax in the spacious living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind on the back patio with a fire pit.

Entry is fully remote, but Meredith and I live locally and are happy to come by if you need any assistance.

This transitional neighborhood offers several lovely greenways and parks within walking distance. Perfect for a leisurely stroll, morning run, or simply enjoying a quiet start to your day.


Free parking is available behind the cottage for up to 3 vehicles, with additional curbside parking in front. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Access the property via the Schlage Encode lock at the side entrance.


2-story cottage featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with a large sectional and Apple TV, and a dining table for 6.

The front porch has an outdoor dining space and wicker chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The side patio includes a fire pit with seating for 6–8, ideal for cozy hangouts on cooler nights. A washer and dryer are available on the first floor.


Downtown Athens and Sanford Stadium are both less than a mile away, making walking an easy option. Uber and Lyft are available for anyone who prefers not to drive.


We follow and exceed Airbnb’s COVID-19 sanitization standards, taking extra care to clean all bedding between each guest. We hope you consider our listings for your time in Athens!

We stayed at this house while visiting our son at UGA. It was very convenient to campus and to all the other fun activities to do in Athens. The house is very well put together and the host was very attentive.

Exactly as expected

This place is a dream for any artist or anyone who appreciates art. Every room in the house is absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and in a very safe location. We were pleased with our short stay, and will be back. The host are very responsive and helpful.

Lovely, comfy, convenient!

Friends gathering to visit UGA kiddo & see some music. The place is spacious and so pretty. Comfy beds, nice linens, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood. We walked to to downtown which was very manageable. Great space for the price. Highly recommend this sweet house.

We headed to Athens for a uga alumni event. The cottage was perfect for a few adults. It's very comfortable, clean and great location. The art work is very cute and the house is well equipped. The hosts are responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for family

The communication was wonderful, location was ideal, clean, and enough parking. The only thing I would change is to switch out the beds in one or 2 rooms to king size beds.

Absolutely Adorable

This is the most darling house in a perfect neighborhood. It was safe and quiet, yet within minutes of everything Athens has to offer! Alex and Merideth were helpful before and during our visit. They ensured the house was clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for immediate relaxation. The delicious cookies and Pellegrino waiting for us made it all the better! Not to mention the incredibly cozy beds in every room. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a home away from home. Our daughter lives in Athens, so we will definitely be back.

Our cottage is situated perfectly in The Classic City. Downtown and Sanford Stadium are located less than 1 mile from our home. No matter the event, you are never more than a 15 minute drive from any point in town.

Further, our home is comfortable and clean. We believe you should be exploring Athens during the day. However, once you arrive home, you should be able to kick off your shoes and relax in pure comfort.
