Great House and Location

Really enjoyed this house and would stay again. Would recommend a few more kitchen items to make things easier for big meals but that is about the only thing lacking.

Bach Bash

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the PERFECT spot! The pool area was so relaxing and the house was large enough to fit us all! Each bathroom had a shower so it was perfect for multiple people getting ready too. It was about a 20 minute uber to the Stockyards which is where we spent most of our time. The hosts were very fast to respond and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Comfortable clean spacious house

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, very clean, owners very attentive. The kitchen could use a few more items but otherwise it was perfect. I would stay there again.

Love this house! It’s really spacious. The kids shared the big room on the opposite side of the house from the adults. That room had 2 queen beds and a futon. The other side had 5 bedrooms with one connected room. You have to walk through the 4th room to get to that 5th room if that makes sense. But you can also access that room from the outside. It was perfect for our lil ones to be away from the teens but not directly in the room with us. Love that we could park our cars in the garage too. The pool was nice as well. The family has requested to return so we will be back. Thanks for making us feel welcomed!

Such a cute house!

Annual college friend reunion trip to Fort Worth, this house was perfect! Check in process, communication, location and house overall was perfect. Spacious, with many bedrooms and loved having the pool table. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but it was nice to sit around the pool and fire pit area. Would 100% recommend!

Spacious, open house with great pool!

The house was more spacious than the pictures showed. Loved the pool and it was well heated. I would rent this house again. The only complain is that the kitchen wasn’t well stocked… no blender, few glasses etc, no salt and pepper, no dish washer or laundry soap. Everything else was APlus!

Family reunion

Family came from NY, FL and WA to meet up with TX family. House worked very well for 4 couples and a single sister! Didn’t use the pool because we didn’t pay the extra to heat and it was quite cold and the sweeper wasn’t keeping it totally clean. Kitchen is not very well equipped so we didn’t cook but that worked for me! Hosts are responsive and easy to reach!

Best place for family reunion!

This home was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, and in an incredibly convenient location to everything DFW has to offer. We feel very safe in this quiet neighborhood and the kids enjoy heated pool so much. The bed in all bedrooms was super comfortable. Host service was prompt, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this delightful house and would be happy to stay here again.

Family Get Together

We loved this house. We had 11 people staying and it was quite comfortable. The dining room accommodated us all with seating for 12. The living room is larger than the pictures make it look. Everything was clean. We would stay there again.

Bach party

We had a group of friends gather at this property for my fiancé and I’s joint Bach party. The house was everything as expected and more. They supplied lots of things they didn’t have to and not having to deep clean everything in the morning before we left was so nice for us! Beautiful and clean space, super close to the stockyards which we loved and also in a safe quiet neighborhood. Thank you for having us! We had a blast!

Great place to gather

We were in town for a wedding and had 3 couples staying. The house was a great size for all of us to be comfortable and have our own space. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint was that no propane was provided for the grill or fire pit outside. There were 3 empty tanks. I understand it was specified that they would not provide it, but given how much we paid to stay there, we felt it should have been. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Family fun weekend

Property itself was good. Had issues with pool being green on arrival. Owners sent pool guy out to add chemicals. Couldn’t swim much after that due to high chlorine level burning your eyes. Washing machine water backed up into adjacent bathroom floor and shower making huge mess we had to clean up.probably a minor fix Neighborhood was quite no problems No other major issues Very nice home with lots of room.

Best Vacation House

I am a little late for this review, but I wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying in this home. The weather was so hot that we chose to only do outdoor activities in the morning. The afternoons were spent with the grands and the adults in the pool. The backyard was beautiful. I also liked the way that the living, dining and kitchen areas were open so that we could all communicate easily with one another. The large dining table allowed for us to all sit while eating and while playing games at night. The home was situated between Dallas and Fort Worth so we could easily get to the places we wanted to visit. We cooked or ate two meals here and usually one meal out. All in all, the home had everything we needed. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions.

Had A Good Family Reunion

Overall this house worked great for our family reunion. It fit our group of 11 and the location was great. Pros: The house and pool were very clean when we arrived with cold AC. There are plenty of beds suitable for adults TVs worked great Kitchen appliances are new, and plenty of silverware/cups/bowls/plates for a big party The dining room table was great seating 12 for all our dinners Cons: Our biggest con was the spa. We had discussed early on how we were looking forward to the spa and despite it being June, wanted to pay the extra for pool heat to also heat the spa. The spa does not get hot, most of the time it was colder than the pool, nor did it have any jets. When asked about this the owners said it only gets to normal temperature and there are no jets. Pool guy on Monday told us there are jets. The owners also control the spa remotely, which means you have to message them everytime you want the spa "on" or "off". This is a big inconvenience, as most people on vacation do not want to have to reach out to the owners everyday. For $150/night for heat we did not get our moneys worth, it was a big disappointment. There were no pans or oven mitts so we bought some One room is connected to the Master BD. There is a door in-between but to get to a bathroom that person needs to walk through the Master or go around the house Trash was about completely full when we arrived We bought hangers as there were barely any(no dressers) No pool towels

Cockroaches, large hornets, no working dishwasher, no cook ware!

When we first walked into this house it looked amazing! Little did we know we were in for a surprise. The second day we were there we realized: 1. No working dishwasher. - They attempted to fix it the last day of our 6 day stay. 2. No cookware - 2 small frying pans is all there was. 3. No utensils to clean the grill with + we had to refill all of the propane in order to use the grill and the fireplace. 4. Cockroaches within the first 24 hours of our stay + cockroach spray under the kitchen sick. We were accused of being dirty when we mentioned this to them. 5. Very large hornets in the pool area. We killed multiple. Nest inside exterior walls. 6. No umbrellas as pictured in the pool area. 7. Maggots falling out of the outside garbage's/smelled horrible. 8. Pool table is broken, and the pool table sticks are no good. We even bought chalk. 9. Broken shower nozzle + hand towel rack fell off the wall the 1st night - only 2 working showers. 10. No safety gate for toddlers in the pool area. 11. Grass was extremely long. 12. Pool guy came unannounced to clean the pool. He shocked it so we lost a whole day of swimming. Ultimately, I would not have stayed at this house if I knew this. I'm hoping by sharing this information it'll help you guys be more prepared. No refund of any type was offered, and we left feeling insulted by being called dirty. I wish I could share the pictures I took. I do not recommend!

Hi Brandy! While we appreciated your business staying with us but we were very disappointed the way you treated our home. Our cleaning crews spend 8 hours cleaning after you guys left the house and charged us $750 for deep clean. Your family have trash, cigarette butt everywhere, foods in every single bedrooms for 7 days and you complains we have cockroaches? I surprised we didn't have rat already, if I can submit picture on reviews I would. You guys was the most disrespectful group to our home and our neighbors with noise disturbance, parking violation and were so hard to please. We have commercial pool cleaning service twice per week to keep up with our pool chemical level and good maintenance so you and your kids have a safe pool to swim but you complained you lost few hours of pool time. You want extra umbrella for the pool we went out of our way to get you one. You informed us dishwasher wasn’t working but refuse us to send tech to fix during your stay, so you can left the house with a pile of unclean dishes. When the appliance tech there after your check out to fix, they said dishwasher working fine, you just have to hold 3 second (if you read our instruction you would know how to operate it) so I have to pay them $150 out there for nothing, perhaps this is an excuse for you not to clean the whole entire cookware, cups, utensil, dishes (the whole entire kitchen). Our home has mostly concrete but we do have grass in the front and a little bit in the back so dogs can use bathroom and we have lawn care service every Wednesday, you told us not to send them to cut, so I respect that and reschedule them to come back after your check out since it might cause you noise disturbance, but then you complain grass super tall. After all this, you have a nerve to requested discounts from us! from all the things mentioned on your review. We said those items did not interfere with your stay and we won’t be issuing discount, you then threatened us you will leave us a bad review. So I hope we are the last house you try to rob!
