Our stay here was amazing and would highly recommend. The kids loved the game room as well as my husband and I. It was a very nice place to relax and unwind. Communication with great as well. If I had a question, Cody was quick with responding. Very easy to deal with.

House was clean and beautiful and in a beautiful, some things could use some updating and the tvs did not work in any of the bedrooms. but other than that i would recommend anyone stay at this awesome space. The view was fantastic and beautiful and cooking in that kitchen was absolutely wonderful

Great view

The cabin was a great place to stay during our week vacation. Right betweens Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.Checkin and check out was pretty simple and easy.Hot tub was very nice to relax in (minus the mosquitos) Water pressure was the only thing that could use some work.Very nice place to stay, convenient for the price and location. Good chance I might look at additional properties under this individual in the future.

My family enjoyed staying in this cabin. It had everything we needed to cook with plenty of room. I loved the motion lights outside and Christmas decor/lights. All the throw blankets were a nice added touch. The kids loved the basement level with the games and large tv. WiFi was definitely needed (and worked well) because none of our phones had reception there. Things to consider when assigning who sleeps where
upstairs gets hot (the ceiling fan helps tremendously), main level is perfect, and downstairs gets cold (blankets helped). Also, the upstairs bathroom shower doesn’t have great water pressure. None of these were a big deal to us just good to know to adjust to. (I read in other reviews). For the upstairs shower, I just used one of the other level bathrooms when I needed to wash my hair. The men didn’t have any issues, so perhaps make the upstairs a men’s bathroom. If you have an elder with you that can’t do many stairs, they need the main level bedroom and bathroom. One last thing to note that they already tell you in the description is that it’s at the top of a mountain so getting to it while icy may be difficult. We truly enjoyed our stay and family time here!

Great house, well stocked kitchen supplies, tons of space, and beautiful renovated bathrooms! The kids loved the basement area with all the games! So peaceful and quiet area. Not to far from town. Great communication with property owner and quick response.

Week Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Bear-ly made it. The property was exactly what we expected and what the description was. It was very clean and easy to find. It was a great distance to Gatlinburg which was the purpose of our stay. A few of the items could be updated (kitchen utensils and TVs). No complaints at all. We would stay again and we had the best week!

Beautiful Cabin

Check in was very easy. We did have a couple issues with the cabin when we arrived and the host was very fast to respond. If you are looking to stay in a real cabin and want to feel like you are in the mountains, this is it for sure. We stayed a week and didn’t want to leave. The upper bedroom and loft are warmer than the rest of the house. In the reviews people did complain about this. It was warmer during the day but at night it was fine and we had a heat wave of 100 during our stay. They have fans in the closets if you need them. We will definitely stay here again. Oh and watch out for the wildlife.

Great place for a family stay

We had a wonderful time. The cabin has everything you need to entertain and care for your family. The only drawback is parking, but we would stay again and recommend the cabin to anyone interested in a nice place to stay.

Wonderful Place to Hang Out

Nice game room. Great views. Comfortable beds. Shower in main floor master bedroom was very nice. Updated kitchen and huge refrigerator let us stock up food for the week. Great location halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

Minnesota family vacation

This house was perfect for our family of seven. Everyone had their own space, the three bathrooms were totally enough for our group, the adults loved the deck overlooking the forest and the kids loved the pool table and foosball. Great location off the parkway to go to either Gatlinburg and GSMNP or Pigeon Forge.

Nice Location

This cabin is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and easy access to the National Park. Cabin has potential to be very nice but does have some deferred maintenance.

Beautiful cabin. Appliances outdated. Cabin not as clean as expected. Third floor bedroom extremely hot. Game room disappointing; pool table had screws falling out Arcade game with broken joystick. Otherwise, excellent location with beautiful views.

Family getaway

The cabin was perfect for a family of five. My young adult sons loved the basement game room. Lots of extras for a rainy day

Loved the cabin and vicinity.

Beautiful home and area. Had everthing in it yoj would need. Beautiful decks and nice hot tub. Has quite alot of stairs but does have a bedroom on main floor with bath. The drive is steep but manageable. Cody was very responsive to questions. We did see a bear cub in the vicinity and it was adorable!

Perfect Holiday

Stayed for a week for the holiday with our children and their family and it was perfect. There was plenty of space for us all to watch movies together, eat, and play games. Greatly appreciated the baby gates available for the stairs. Views from the decks and hot tub was fantastic! Listing description was not kidding about one side of the driveway being steep!

My only complaint is that in both emails from VRBO they had the city wrong. We started by going to the wrong address that didn’t exist. The property manager got us to the right one.

Amazing retreat in the mountains!

From the moment we pulled up and saw the cabin beautifully lit up with lights, we were blown away! The cabin was exactly as described on the website—if not better—and the views were absolutely amazing. We could even see Mount Le Conte, the highest peak in Tennessee, right from the deck.We had two rainy days during our stay, but even then, we were able to sit outside and soak in the peaceful scenery. Every night, we relaxed in the hot tub, which was amazing—and our kids absolutely loved it. The game room was also a huge hit with our family! It was the perfect spot to unwind together at night and have some fun after a day of exploring.It felt perfectly secluded while still being just 15–20 minutes from town. A highlight of our trip was spotting a bear down the road from the cabin—such a cool and unforgettable experience!The cabin itself was spotless and felt very high-end. The newly installed floors were stunning and added to the overall luxury feel.Honestly, the only bad part was having to leave. I would absolutely book this cabin again—and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from these owners if they have other properties. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish.Highly recommend booking this cabin!

Beautiful Cabin Getaway

This cabin is so quite and cozy. We had everyone from our toddlers to our grandmother with us and everyone had an amazing time. The property is located on breath taking mountain top, almost at the very top. It was decorated perfectly with bears and smelled of wood. t kept our toddlers busy and the older family member peaceful. It really was an amazing time. Only problem we had was the drive as it snowed a bit so roads got slippery. Its' located on a steep windy road (but all mountain properties are) and the drive way is not for beginners. Please don't let that stop you though. Its\'s tucked away just enough to have peace and quite and enjoy nature while sitting on the amazing back porch in the jacuzzi. The place is definitely one to return to.

Our love affair with Gatlinburg began as a simple getaway, where the majestic mountains and the charm of the area captivated our hearts. After multiple visits and the joy of staying in various cabins, we couldn't resist the allure of making Gatlinburg our home away from home. Hailing from a small town just 20 minutes north of Indianapolis, the mountains offer a refreshing change from the flat lands and cornfields of our daily lives.

As avid outdoor enthusiasts, we find immense joy in hiking and exploring, and the Smoky Mountains provide the perfect backdrop for our adventures. Although we love traveling and exploring new places, Gatlinburg has always held a special place in our hearts. It truly offers something for everyone – from the tranquility of nature to the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the towns, creating a perfect blend for a memorable vacation.

Beyond our love for Gatlinburg, we reside in Indiana and manage several residential rental properties, along with our two cabins in the heart of Tennessee. Family and friends play a significant role in our lives, and each spring and fall, we eagerly anticipate gathering a large group for a memorable retreat to our cabins.
