Had a wonderful stay. The pool was wonderful and the amount of rooms allowed everyone to be comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood with little traffic.

Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We all felt very safe. It was also conveniently located close to the base and shopping. I would suggest perhaps they add some oven mits to their kitchen supplies but other than that it was a great property and the host was quick to reply to any questions. I would definitely book here again!

Great place for our stay

It was great having 4 bedrooms. The pool was fun. It did need some work on the railings the host was responsive. You will want t get a few new pool toys as they are left by previous guests.

Very quiet neighborhood and home is nice with plenty of room

The neighborhood is nice and quiet with the home having 4 bedrooms, it’s plenty of space for the family and friends and the backyard with the oool is amazing with plenty of privacy. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here once I come back to Montgomery

Cozy home away from home

House was just what we needed attending a RC racing event for the week. We had 8 adults and plenty of hot water even with consecutive showers. Area was easy to access and nearby to many restaurants and shopping. Will look to stay over again in the future.

Cozy country cottage

The house was clean on the inside however the backyard patio needs pressure washing and the pool area needs new lounge chairs and sprucing up a bit. There were only 3 coffee cups despite the house sleeping 10, no corkscrew, no cutting boards, and minimal dishes. Don’t plan to cook if you stay here.

Family Get Away

This location was great. The communication was fast. My favorite part was how we could use the fire pit to have a bonfire because it was cold outside. Other than a few Wi-Fi issues and the bed comfortability, it was great

In town for Family Reunion

The stay was great; it was easy to access the property; we felt safe in the area. The pool was great bc we were in the heat and it cool us off perfectly. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and COMFORTABLE mattress!!! I love the kitchen bc I was able to fix brunch on Saturday and it wasn't too small!

Homey little place

We found ourselves stuck in Montgomery after another rental owner bailed on us. The property manager for this one helped get my family of 4 in last minute at 4pm. While no home is perfect, this one had beds to accommodate all of us, a fenced in yard, a nice pool. The neighborhood was actually very quiet. There were dogs on each side and they didn't even bark.

Weekend family trip

Communication was great. House is somewhat dated. Brother in law had to fix the toilet paper holders as they were broke when we got there. Limited silverware and cooking utensils. Over all a nice place.

Home alone

My stay here was great and was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a home feeling that was close to Faulkner University and quiet so that I could relax and complete my studies in the evenings. The property manager had excellent communication throughout my stay. Everything was as posted and while I did not use the pool, I enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the water.

Incredible service and communication for property

This was the perfect location to Montgomery Water Park and near by casinos ! Our VRBO rental included a pool very well maintained plus a fire pit . It was perfect for toasting marshmallows and making s’mores . The kitchen was well stocked and had 4 bedrooms . Me and my guest would recommend if you stay in the area . Stay here ! Outstanding assistance from the management crew ! There service was 5 stars, any questions I had were answered immediately! Great job guys !

Capitol Hill venue

Great weather! Wonderful pool and fire pit! Met a neighbor and it was a good visit. Beds were clean and the bathrooms were fine. A/C was top draw! A few missing tv cables and remotes, kitchen needs some attention, broken down fence in back was unsightly. Security was solid. We made friends with one of the dogs that surrounded the property. Had to scrub and clean the grills. But loved the pool!

Great for the weekend getaway

When we arrived the floors were still wet at the entry, and there were some minor things about the property that we noted for the owners. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the mattresses were thin, but the house fit our group comfortably and allowed us to enjoy hanging out with each other. The owner was very communicative and any issue we may have had was handled. I would definitely bring your own towels, trash bags and laundry things if you plan on staying longer then a couple of days. Can’t wait to go again in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Pictures are deceiving

Not as cute as the pictures make it look. Dirty carpet with holes. Stained linens. Even the walls are dirty. Grill with out gas. Fire pit was great but no fire wood. Iron isn't useable. Pool was fine but there were no pool towels. The size of the place is nice but it wasn't well kept.

Hi Joshua, I am very sorry that you did not have a 5-star experience when you stayed with us. We have made significant changes since then, like, replacing all carpet with vinyl plank flooring, gutted and redone bathrooms, and fully repainted the house. The gas grill has a full tank of propane and additional pool towel purchased. We hope to get the chance to host you again and give you that 5 star experience. Safe travels

OTS family visit

We were mostly happy with the 4 bedrooms. A couple of the mattresses were pretty old. 2 bathrooms were good enough for our group of 6 adults. Inside of house was mixed condition. Looked like pretty new paint and flooring in some areas. Other areas needed a lot of attention. Chunks missing from doors and frames, a missing outlet cover, non-functioning lights, and a kitchen sink that needed to be replaced. Both sheds in the backyard looked like they had been broken into. The backyard was rundown. The firepit area was unattractive. We did like the pool. It was clean and comfortable when we got there. We wouldn't stay here again because we were unable to cook our meals, except for frying up breakfast. Not nearly enough cooking supplies or storage dishes. Not enough serviceware. We also didnt care for the overall condition of the property.
