Great Family House

This house was perfect for our 3 families we have kids from 1 to 14 and the place was perfect for all of them, they could play outside or downstairs in the playroom. The house has everything we needed during our stay and it is near lifts, the kids enjoy and so did the adults.

Beautiful home!

This was a beautiful home with amazing views and all the amenities to keep the kids busy after a long day on the slopes! By far one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever visited we will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent property for multiple adults and the kids room is awesome! A couple of little things you should know:1. There are no window coverings in the bedrooms or the back of the house. If you’re not a “rise with the sun” kind of person, you’ll need a sleep mask or some foil for the windows. 2. The lowest floor has no thermostat for the air conditioning. That’s where the kids sleep and it was so cold they turned on the bathroom heater to compensate. The main floor (the middle) and top floors were fine.3. There is a huge driveway and parking area but it’s roped off (so you don’t block the owner’s car that’s in the garage who’s not there?… I don’t know). So if you have more than 3 vehicles, it’s tight.The low-flow shower heads are frustrating. The dirt road out front is high speed and highly trafficked creating huge plumes of dust that covers everything, patio furniture, cars, etc. These are out of their control but be aware. Overall this a beautiful home and well suited for a large gathering. The appointments are higher end, the beds are very comfortable, and the location can’t be beat! Oh, one last thing: lots of wildlife in the backyard!

Loved this place! Absolutely Beautiful home!!!! It was clean, spacious and a GREAT location!! Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of dishes and cooking ware. Very nice welcome gift! We had 15 people stay including my parents in their 60s, my siblings in their 40s and my kids and nieces/nephews ranging from 10 yrs old - 19 yrs old Would love to stay again!

This house is what dreams are made of! LOVED staying here and can’t think of a thing I would change about it. Property owners thought of everything but an iron. 😁 Hoping to come back soon!

Beautiful Home

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay at this property. We had an issue with hot water pressure in 2 of the showers, but other than that everything was as expected. We were a bit disappointed that, for a property in this price range, that there wasn't any stocked firewood.

Family get together in Angel Fire

The property was perfect for our family especially since we could include our dogs. The beds were very comfortable & it was nice having so many bathrooms although the pressure in the shower heads were low. We loved the large table which made it nice when we played games & worked on puzzles. The ice maker didn’t work so we had to buy ice. There must have been a dust storm because the front porch & deck & grill were covered in dust which we had to clean.

Bring your sleep mask…

I will start by saying that this is a beautiful house. And the management company is responsive. The layout worked perfect for our 2 families, and the proximity to the ski resort was so convenient. However...There are NO SHADES or curtains in the main bedroom. So, no privacy whatsoever, (the yard and patio are on the other side of the windows), and for us it was almost impossible to sleep with the light coming in from the outside (both at night and in the morning). The master shower also doesn’t have a door so you cannot take a shower without freezing. Another huge issue for us was the trash situation. You are expected to drive your trash 10 minutes in your car or be charged a high, per bag, fee. For the amount we we spent for our stay I think it is an unreasonable ask to put bags of trash in our cars (and we didn’t have room anyway), and drive it somewhere. Unfortunately for us, the pros didn’t outweigh the cons on this one.
