The Hills Cabins is excited to present to you, The Vineyard by Glamcations! This custom designed luxury home is breaking all boundaries in the Hochatown and Broken Bow area. The Vineyard was designed for families in mind: 5 oversized master bedrooms (4 down and 1 upstairs next to the bunkroom), 2 game rooms (1 down stairs and one upstairs), movie room, pool, and enormous living areas all in a one story overlooking the beautiful 8 acre property.

Let's come through the oversized glass + wrought iron front doors to take a glimpse into this luxury home that's nestled in the prestigious Woodland Bluffs:

Kitchen/pantry/laundry area: Custom brass range is the centerpiece of this chef inspired kitchen. All of the commercial appliances you will need to cook a gourmet meal and plenty of food storage in the sub zero fridge! This beautiful space overlooks the eating and gathering area for a perfect open concept feel. Behind the kitchen is your dream pantry and laundry room- completed with two sets of HE stackable front loading laudry and dryer machines- no stress here when laundry needs to be done, we have you covered! Plenty of space and storage to store all of your dry goods and food during your stay.

Indoor living area: plenty of seating for you to gather with all of your family and friends to make memories under a uniquely designed fireplace. This space opens fully to the outdoors with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to truly enjoy both the indoors and outdoors of the space. The first floor also offers multiple areas for all to gather including a cinema designed media room with popcorn machine, and an adult game room that has it's own big screen TV, pool table and full wet bar!

Outdoor living area: get ready to spend most of your day in this beautiful space, get ready to relax and and enjoy the beautiful scenrery by lounging in the plush seating areas or relaxing in the pool. The outdoor grill is for all the grilling extradionaries- your personal space to grill with plenty of room and then some! Dining table with seating for 10, extra long gas fire table and TV for all of your entertainment needs.

Enjoy the large wood burning firepit at the back of the property! Bring your fishing pole and cast out into the stocked pond while sitting on the dock enjoying the extraordinary views! Or you can grab one of the yoga mats inside and take it out to the dock to just relax, breathe and take in the beautiful scenery around you if that's more your style! This property has it all!

*NO SWIMMING IN THE POND*

Bedrooms/bathrooms: 4 king en-suites downstairs, 1 king master bedroom upstairs with daybed next to bunkroom with 3 queen beds/3 twin custom made trundle beds. The upstairs has a ping pong table, arcade gaming system and plenty of open space for the the kids to hang out. The bunkroom also has it's own private balcony to experience the most dreamy sunsets! The home has 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

If you are needing a smart car charging station, do not worry- we have you covered here at The Vineyard. Comes with your own personal charging station complimentary of your stay here. We look forward to hosting you at this one of a kind retreat in Woodland Bluffs- Hochatown, Oklahoma.

**Fireplaces will be unavailable for use from June through October 1st.**

**POOL FEE- non refundable
**Pool heater will not be in use for the months of June- September 1st
**Please note: an additional $200 to the pool fee, will be charged for your stay if you want the pool heated during the months of January 1st- March 1st (ONLY)--the pool temperature will maintain between 80-85 degrees during your stay and is managed by the property manager. Heater to the pool is turned on day of arrival.
- If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.
**Please note that in the summer months (May 31st- Labor Day) the divider will be out of the spa portion of the pool and it will function fully as a swimming pool, with no spa capabilities.

The Vineyard is not pet-friendly, and guests are kindly reminded that bringing pets will result in eviction without a refund.
