A private, peaceful escape in the country conveniently surrounded by fields, nature complete with a dock for crabbing and fishing (seasonal). 4 miles to historic downtown Onancock.

Terrific views of Onancock Creek in a private and idyllic location. We loved sitting on the creek bank or on the dock watching boats come and go to Onancock Marina. Peaceful, quiet and tranquil setting yet only 10 minutes away from Onancock. We will be back!

Great host! Super clean and accommodating. The only issue was the bed frame was missing some boards. The mattress kept falling down.

Relaxing seclusion

Absolutely perfect cottage for two people. Beautiful spot for enjoying the water. Easy access for kayaking. Only a short distance from lovely Onancock with great restaurants and fun shops. The host is responsive and obviously enjoys providing a warm and welcoming spot for her guests. We will come back

Wonderful stay!!!

This place totally lives up to its description! Comfortable place/bed with well stocked kitchen minutes from beautiful Onancock. The view alone is worth the price! My only regret is that we only rented for one night. Genevieve was a gracious host - very friendly & welcoming. If you're looking for a great getaway that's comfortable, quiet & just plain beautiful this property is for you! We will return!!!

Onancock Westview cottage

Very nice property, we made good use of the dock and were able to launch my 18.5 ft boat from the concrete ramp. Fishing, crabbing, boating were good (though crabs a bit on small side) the cottage was clean, well organized and neat. Everything was really nice and Genevieve was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with.
