This colonial villa was fully renovated in 2022 and was decorated with class and style, to create a perfect match between the colonial feel of the Old City and modern luxury standards of 2022. Find in each space of the villa all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, from 400 thread egyptian cotton bed linens, to Smart Flat TV screens and wifi, electronic keypads and more.

In the villa there are several social areas, from the beautiful dining room by the lobby and the patio surrounded by exposed stone walls, to one of the best rooftops in the Old City. With over 200m2, the rooftop has a large professional bar made of illuminated onyx marble, right next to a classy and comfortable outdoor lounge where you can relax and enjoy cocktails day or night. On the other end of the rooftop you can find a stunning turquoise pool with a hot tub, surrounded by lush vegetation that connects you to the colombian nature and way of living. From the rooftop can be seen the skyline of the Old City, including all the main cathedrals of the city and landmarks.

At Alba properties, we are the only villas in Cartagena with our own private island in Rosario Islands Archipelago, just 45 min away from Cartagena. With this special access, your group can spend a stunning day in the islands. Sol de Alba has its own dedicated beach area for your group, where you will have a premium island experience with day beds, sun loungers, and a large decorated table for your private group lunch. Our standard rate includes the following staff:
1 Host to welcome you and be your point of contact during your stay
1 Housekeeper to keep the villa clean every day
1 Night guardian to provide nighttime support

With the ALBA service, renting this property is more than just receiving a set of keys. You will be renting a completely private, 5-star luxury boutique villa with all the staff you need to truly indulge in a relaxing and immersive cartagena experience.

Included with this option are:

- Day and night butler to assist you with any needs and reservations
- 2 housekeeping staff
- Waiter and bartender for 5-star service throughout the day and for your meals
- Concierge assistance before and during your stay
- Nighttime security

You can request the ALBA service full staff option for an additional cost of $500 USD per night.

For chef services, we can arrange them at an additional cost and customize menus for memorable group meals, special dinners, celebrations, and more.

We offer full board plans starting at 400,000 COP (100-110 USD) per person per day for adults and 200,000 COP (50-55 USD) per day for children under 12 years old. This options includes personalized menus for your group.

Access to the kitchen is reserved for staff only for security reasons.

We have a private luxury boat for our clients: day trips to the Rosario islands are one of a kind and cost 1200 USD for the full day with captain, bartender, and waiter on board to take care of you the whole day from 9AM to 5PM.

We can arrange a Private Airport Transfer in our own Mercedes GL 500 SUV, for 95 USD per way, for up to 6 passengers. We also have other vehicles of different sizes.
