Steps from the Ocean and right across from the Old City Wall, this spectacular Old City Villa features a large PRIVATE swimming pool, terrace, and swim-up bar. This Villa is nothing short of SEXY. It sleeps 8 in 3 luxurious Bedroom Suites with super cold A/C, marble floors and bathrooms, a modern stone kitchen and dining with stainless appliances, and luxury furnishings and linens. AND YES WE HAVE HOT WATER AND FAST INTERNET. The Villa is located inside the famous Casa Del Virrey Eslava (former Estate of the Vice-King of Spain), which additionally has the best Amenities in the Old City, including additional swimming pools, a Gym, 24/7 security, lush tropical gardens and fountains, stunning rooftop deck for sunning and hanging out, Jacuzzis (for private use – requires reservation on arrival), BBQ, and 360 views of the Old City and the Ocean. We offer lots of concierge services, including at home COVID testing. You will want for nothing in this incredible Villa, where your happiness is our top priority.

This was an incredible location which felt very safe. The home is lovely and the bonus private pool is great.Monica was exceptionally responsive to all questions and linked us with Ricardo who arranged for our airport pickups and a private boat day.

It was truly a pleasure staying at this beautiful villa! My friends and I had an amazing time—the place was exactly as described: clean, well-kept, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions.A special shoutout to Maryen, the property manager, who was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and always available with great local recommendations. Her warm smile and helpfulness really elevated our stay.

Family vacation

We spent 10 lovely days sampling the culture and cuisine of Cartagena. The apartment is comfortable and the private pool made everything so much more relaxing.

Beautiful villa in Cartagena

The property was comfortable for 3 couples and large enough to gather in the living area and outside patio. The beds were comfortable as well. It’s beautifully decorated! The location is perfect too!

Great place for a group of friends!

Our group of friends stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. We absolutely loved having a private pool and the living room made for a great hang out spot. You cannot beat the location and the host was super accommodating and responsive - bringing us fresh towels when requested and being available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Villa!

This is a beautifully decorated villa. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to historic squares, cathedrals, restaurants. Very safe neighborhood, the private pool and outdoor sitting area provide a wonderful place to relax. Our family loved it!

Quiet convenient locatio

Loved the condo. Provided great space with individual bathrooms for each bedroom. The pool provided a welcome asset on hot afternoons. Would recommend this as a lovely option when visiting Cartagena.

Overall experience was good - location and access to restaurants, etc. was excellent. The place was clean, quiet and felt safe and secure. Besides not get cable in main bedroom to work and having no wash towels - overall experience was good.

An Amazing Place For Family

I booked this place for our parents to have comfort during my wedding week in Cartagena and they had the security and the privacy they needed. The private pool was a nice touch and the place was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The only gripe is that their dryer machine did not work which made washing clothes not possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be staying in it in the future.

Wonderful stay at this great property

I stayed here with my family, a group of 8 total. The property is exactly as pictured in the listing. We arranged for daily cleaning + breakfast service which was a fantastic addition. Having a private pool was wonderful, enjoyed by everyone. We felt safe in the apartment complex which has 24/7 security on site. The property's location is close to many sights and restaurants, but far enough away from the active nightlife that you get a quiet night's rest. Would gladly stay again.

Great Place

This apartment was beautiful and well kept. The only reason for a 4star is the lack of filtration in the pool and overpriced chef/cook. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place. The location is excellent, quiet but close to one of the best areas, near the Sofitel Santa Clara. Most importantly it was very secure.

Spacious, comfortable, and great location

Can't say enough good things about this place! It's even nicer than the photos suggest. My husband, son, and I stayed their with friends while visiting Cartagena to attend our son's wedding at the Santa Clara. We loved having a cool, comfortable, spacious place to relax in in between events. The small pool was lovely and never got too warm. A few of us enjoyed doing some laps in the larger pool. The location was fantastic-- an easy walk to the Santa Clara, restaurants, and sites in the Old City. I always felt safe. Would love to return!

Great place, great location

Location is perfect for walking to sites, shops, restaurants and bakery all right out the door. Safe area for walking and touring. Nice 3 bedroom layout, with multiple air conditioning units to create the perfect temperature for everyone. All the needs to create meals and a dishwasher. Private pool was nice, especially after dinner to relax. Excellent house keeping and easy access to management by text and phone. Building has private security at the front desk. Highly recommend.

Simply Amazing!!!!

What can I say... Amazing location, luxury accommodations, concierge level care all in paradise. so much history and architecture surrounding the area that most will be left speechless.. 24 hour security for the property but at no point did we ever feel "unsafe" in Cartagena. We cooked 2-3 meals a day in the Condo and it had everything you would need to be comfortable, our 10 days stay simply went by too quickly !!!

Perfect location

We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay. The location is just inside the walls making it very easy to watch the incredible sunsets from the top of the walls, but also within walking distance to all of the sights, and quiet away from the hustle & bustle. Having our own pool/deck out back and the larger (shared) pool in front of our condo was lovely in the Cartagena heat! Added bonus being able to use the gym. A few of the kitchen cabinets could use some upkeep and a dishwasher would be nice but overall this apartment is a great find! If you stay here, absolutely use Ricardo to book your private boat tour to the Rosario Islands. He went above and beyond for us, booking exactly what we wanted (no parties, no vendors on the beach etc) and it was worth the splurge.

Just the right spot for our family!

Everything worked out perfectly for us regarding this property and our stay in Cartegena. The apartment was just as it advertised - and better. The living room and kitchen were bigger than it seemed online. It was nice to have a full bathroom for each bedroom as we had 8 people (3-3-2) among the bedrooms. The pool was just right - enough to cool off and relax without having to even go out the front door. The appliances all worked fine - washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. The location was great, too, being right near the wall we could walk along it at night. Since the walled city is relatively compact, we were able to walk around the entire place easily from there. We'd go back there for our second trip to Cartegena...when we're fortunate enough to get another chance. Thank you!

Destination Wedding Stay

We were 6 people and everyone loved it. Location was great. We were only 1 block away from the Sofitel Leyenda Santa Clara. This made it very convenient for those of us in the wedding party. Yogi our housekeeper was an amazing addition to our stay; making our experience even better and more special than expected. She cooked wonderful meals every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. The private pool and cold ac were welcomed features since it can get pretty hot outside in Cartagena. The villa was truly even better in person. Everyone was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. It is decorated very tastefully and the bathrooms had bidets which were unexpected and great features. Overall, our stay was GREAT and we all really enjoyed our villa. Maryem and Monica were also wonderful and easy to communicate with. They were very helpful coordinating everything and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Thanks to you all!!!

great location

Property is close to everything but far enough away that it is nice and quiet. We felt incredibly safe with the front desk staff keeping an eye on things all week. Be patient with the hot water as it takes a bit to get going - maintenance had to help us with this but they were very prompt. Some Things to consider -1) the pool cleaner does need to come every day and you do need to be there and scheduling that was a pain in the behind bc you just want to go out and do things and 2) the hot tubs on the roof of the building were not working when we were there (not Monica’s fault) 3) seriously consider a maid service like every other day or every few days bc there is no way to toss out trash yourself and you will quickly go through towels etc.

The restaurants, bars and clubs are SEXY, inviting, and oh-so-beautiful, your camera will explode and you will want to copy the decor in your own home. The SHOPPING is amazing. Colombia is known for emerging designers at incredibly good prices that you can buy in Cartagena. There are more beaches and islands at your disposal than I can summarize here. After you book, I will give you my personal guide to the best of Cartagena (according to me!) that is to die for. My properties are all incredible and, yes, SEXY, but also totally approachable to families. If you have a group that is large and requires multiple properties, just tell me and I will make sure you are staying in the same area and get a bundle discount! All the properties feature rooftop views, pools and/or Jacuzzis; two of them gyms; they all have 24/7 security, feature fine linens, are in the best locations. I have incredible reliable and bilingual concierge service providers, so you can do it all while you visit.
