You will also be within the private community of Emerald Lake which offers a large community center with Indoor Pool, Restaurant, Game Room, multiple Lakes (amenity details below).

Camp Cedar is a 3 bedroom/2 bath updated chalet with an additional Loft sleeping space. Our cozy home gives you a cabin feel and is stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Located in Emerald Lake community, which offers a large community center with Indoor Pool, Restaurant, Game Room (Amenity details below). Walking distance to Lake beach! Just a short 10-minute drive Kalahari Waterpark & 13-minutes to Great Wolf and Camel Beach and Waterparks. Take a break from your daily grind with peace and tranquility at Camp Cedar!

Our house features:
- Simple first-floor keyless access, additional keyless access to second floor deck
- Cozy Livingroom with smart TV, a gas fireplace, and access to a second-floor deck
- Dining area seats 6 with additional 3 bar stool seats at the bar
- Gas BBQ grill (propane provided) and seating area on second floor deck
- Outdoor firepit (firewood included) with seating, ambient lighting and a gazebo

- Easy off-street parking for at least 4 vehicles
- Dedicated workspace with monitor and high-speed internet for remote work

We offer:

**Please note: Our home has the following air-conditioning configuration:
-1 mini-split unit that cools the 2nd floor Living-room, Kitchen, and 3rd floor loft
-1 portable air-conditioners in each of the bedrooms on the second floor
-There is no air condition on the bottom floor. The bottom floor is basement level and stays cool throughout the summer, as all of our past guests can attest to!

The entire home will be all yours for the duration of your stay. We will request access first if something needs to be addressed on the property, and are always available to address anything that may come up, even if you're just looking for places to eat or fun things to do.

We love this house and are frequently up ourselves. We've designed everything to be used, so please feel free to make yourselves at home, we just ask that you treat everything with care and respect as you would in your own home.

This home is in the beautiful community of Emerald lakes. The community amenities include and indoor heated pool, restaurant bar and grill, a game room with lots of things for all ages (pool table, gaming system, arcade games...), and lakes with beaches and playgrounds.

4WD/AWD recommended in winter, optional community amenities fee (paid on-site), linens/towels provided as well as basic toiletries, household supplies, starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, and a gravel driveway with space for up to 8 vehicles.

Amenity Passes are needed for use of indoor/outdoor pool, courts, clubhouse games rooms, and community beaches and fishing areas.
The amenity passes are as follows:
Daily passes 20$ per person
3 day passes 30$ per person
7 day passes 50$ per person
They can be purchased at the administrative office between 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday. The indoor pool and community center (game room & courts) are open 11am-7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday; Friday and Sat from 11am-9pm; Thursday 5pm-10pm. Outdoor pool and swimming locations are open Memorial Day through Labor Day every day except Wednesday from 11am-7pm. Beaches are open from dawn until dusk. The bar & grille located at the community center is open Thurs-Saturday, grille 5pm-10pm & bar 5pm-12am.
