Multiple interior and exterior lounge areas, complete with large TVs, enhance your relaxation and social gatherings. Inside, three separate living rooms accommodate multi-generational entertainment, complemented by a gourmet kitchen, gas grill, additional refrigeration, dual dishwashers, and an ice maker.
The open-concept design flows into dining and living areas, opening to oceanview decks for al fresco dining and breathtaking vistas. Each floor offers dual thermostats for personalized climate control, ensuring comfort throughout. The rooftop deck boasts panoramic ocean and creek views, perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.
Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and TV, providing privacy and luxury for every guest. Please note, there is a $1,250.00 surcharge for pool heating, with temperatures reaching 84-87 degrees. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners.
