What is the neighborhood like? Is it quiet? Is the lot relatively flat? Is there plenty of parking for guest and boat trailers? Does it have outdoor outlets for charging boat batteries? Does it have a turnaround drive for boats? Does it have covered parking for cars or boats? Does it have great views from most all rooms and the lot? Is it close to town? Is it in the Florence area?
