Guest Access:

You will be able to enjoy the entire home when staying here. There is also a private garage for off street parking.



Other Things to Note:

This home is near Universal Studios and Burbank airport.



Pool heating is $199 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

Please let us know what days and times you want the pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
