House was as advertised. Large, spacious, with all the amenities. It's location to activities, grocery stores, dining, & shopping was very nice. We did have a couple of very small issues, but the manager was very, very responsive and rectified the inconvenience quickly. We enjoyed our time there. Definitely worth your stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was perfect for our family vacation and celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary! The house is spacious! It was fully equipped with linens, kitchenware, exercise/recreation equipment, plenty of beach towels for the pool and everything else that our party of 11 needed! The pool was awesome and very well maintained! The house is pet friendly with plenty of outdoor space for our dog to enjoy! The outdoor basketball/pickleball court as well as the indoor recreation activities added to the family fun! The host was exceptional in their immediate response to any of our questions or concerns! I highly recommend this property!

The property was very pet friendly. The home offered much space for the 11 guests to gather together or seek solitude and remain relaxed and comfortable for an entire week. The pool and hot tub were crucial amenities for the booking. We spent time in the water every day and that area fulfilled our expectations. We did not have any major issues during our stay but when I reached out with questions leading up to our stay, the host service was prompt and detailed in their responses. Check in, check out was super easy. Loved it!

A group of 15 ranging in age from 23 to 87 was in town for a family wedding. The house worked incredibly well for the w with everyone having a bed. The grounds were beautiful and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together (or not). As others have said, we spent a lot of time in the sun porch and would have loved more comfy seating but we did fine. The pool was a great way to spend our last day. The kitchen was well equipped and had enough space for everyone. The property managers were very helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner and took note of the small maintenance issues we passed along. Overall it was a great house and we all had a wonderful and comfortable time.

Great stay at 4241 Nopone Rd in Gainesville Ga.

It was a beautiful property, very spacious, lots of amenities. We’ll stocked kitchen, easy access to host. Host was very friendly. Just an all around great week. The younger adults enjoyed the game room and large tv room in the downstairs and the backyard fire pit.

Absolutely Amazing

This property was just incredible. From the quiet and peaceful atmosphere to the short distances to loads of fun in the sun, this home was nothing short of amazing! The quick responsiveness of the owners and respect for privacy and security with the cameras, along with allowing us to being our fourwheelers to explore the large acreage was the hightlight of our trip. We had about 20 of our family there and if we ever find ourselves back visiting gainesville, this will be our go to spot.

Everything we needed was there, it was more than we imagine, I kept thinking in my mind all kinds of craziness, but after arriving I was totally wrong. Great family Christmas in July

Great place for large group. The 9 grandkids ranged from 3-14 but there was plenty to do. The property manager was always VERY responsive. Plenty of areas to meet together and plenty to get away from one another. Pool was fantastic. Agree that wicker furniture in room off dining room could be more comfy as a gathering area but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. Kitchen could use a few more items to cook for larger group, i.e. larger casserole dishes, but we had disposable foil pans for easy clean up!

2nd stay here!

This was our second year in a row staying here! Everything was pleasant and easy to check in! The only issue is the main refrigerator in the kitchen does not keep food cold. We have young kids so this was an issue with milk and fruit. We experienced this last year and seems they added a new one in the garage but it is very inconvenient to cook when the refrigerator is so far.

Lovely home, large enough for three families

Overall, this was a lovely home, and had room for three families, ages 4 - 80s. We spent lots of time in the pool. We had trouble figuring out the hot tub controls, but finally figured it out (with support from the property manager). A few things were not working properly (freezer ice machine, smoke detector, treadmill). But none of them detracted from a lovely vacation. We didn't find the livingroom/sunroom furniture comfortable - and that's the room we most often gathered in to hang out. So that was disappointing. A comfortable sofa and a few comfortable chairs would have been nice - the wicker furniture was not to our taste for hanging out together. But the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room were all perfect for a large group. And the pool and firepit made it fun!

The property was beautiful, quite stunning! The host was very communicative, giving updates and instructions as the rental timg grew closer, checking in during the stay and quickly answering questions. The checkin process was automatic and easy. We had a terrific time, the kids loved the pool and the activities. There was excellent amounts of space, it was clean and a pleasure overall!
