The property was beautiful and comfortable. We were close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable. Betty was an amazing host and always available if we needed anything. We will be back!

beautiful, clean, spacious, immaculate. Quiet, peaceful community. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping, Grandover (for Brunch) & UNCG. I would rent again. My Sorority Sisters said the same. Owner very responsive and allowed us to check in a little early which was appreciated. We traveled from IL, GA & VA

Beautiful property

Great property very clean, and inviting. Location was perfect, Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner responded quickly, and very accommodating. Nicely furnished with live plants as a special touch. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Great place

Entire family loved this place. We traveled for Volleyball tournament and prom dress shopping. This place was close to close to (10min) Colosseum and (20 min) from Sportsplex and close to the malls. Quick places to eat as well as nice places nearby. We will definitely look into booking again.

Perfect in Every Way!

I stayed with two other women for a trade show. We needed good WiFi and plenty of space to spread out and work after hours. Kitchen was well appointed and our bathrooms were spacious and clean. Betty is a wonderful host!!!

We stayed at the property for one night with three aspiring college students. The Pearlitah is a beautiful property close to all things Greensboro including the college we were touring. The property is welcoming and comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out. The personal touches were top tier. As plant people, all the beautiful plants were just the right touch. We spoke goodness into them for the next guests that stay! :)We also appreciated the quick replies from the hosts. We would absolutely stay at the property again.

Emergency stay

Betty was fantastic. We had to leave our beach trip early due to flash flooding and found ourselves somewhat homeless while on vacation. Betty got us into her home early and worked with us to stay a little longer. Couldn't be a better host!

Concert Getaway

We were in town for just one night to see a family member performing a show in Greensboro. The house was exactly as listed and accommodated our party of 4 adults and 4 children easily. Conveniently located and the Host was super quick with responses. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, quiet neighborhood. At night there are not many street lights in the neighborhood which made locating the assigned parking spaces difficult. The home is older but was clean and well maintained. The owner made efforts to install beautiful lighting fixtures and upgraded decor throughout. The rooms are smaller than how it appears on the photos. Too many plants throughout the home for my personal preference but others may appreciate that. The beds were comfortable however the pillows were a little flat and overall the pillows and bedding/comforters could use some upgrades. Communication with the host was easy. Overall it was a good value for the money. My family and I had a nice stay.

Pearlitah was loving and carefully designed, put together, and equipped for the ultimate experience of our guests, including lots of live plants for that special at-home feeling and sentiment.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Pearlitah is close to I-40, I-85, and I-73, and just off Wendover Ave. It is close walking distance to everything. It is part of the Piedmont Triad; Winston Salem, High Point, and Greensboro.

Pearlitah is a perfect location for guests attending the High Point Furniture Market held twice a year and GHOE, A & T Homecoming. It is an end unit that makes it more private and has two assigned parking spaces and many visitors' parking spaces.

We recently renovated and upgraded our home with Quartz countertops, laminated floors, beautiful chandelier fixtures, light tasteful colors, and decor which all attributes to a Zen and relaxed feeling of comfort during your stay.
