Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable. Emplacement parfait prÚs du Coliseum. Maison bien meublé et bien équipé avec cuisine complÚte.

House was like coming home. So cozy and comfortable from the gas fireplace to the Christmas tree. I had the most amazing sleep on an amazing mattress as did my sister in her room. We utilized the kitchen and cooked a number of meals. It was nicely stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils needed. The host was top notch. Replied in a timely manner. Overall an amazing stay. I would choose to stay at this house every time I visit my family in Greensboro.

This house was the best. We stayed for a swim meet ant the GAC and felt so comfortable. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, and every little detail was thoughtful to people having a relaxing stay. We loved all the coffee and hot chocolate choices in the morning. The bedrooms were fantastic with very comfortable beds. Beyond our expectations were the room darkening curtains and white noise machines in each room. Can’t wait to book again next time we are in Greensboro for a meet.

My wife and I stayed a couple nights so that we could attend a local concert at the coliseum. It was a great experience and the communication was excellent! Beautiful home and just an overall amazing experience. I can’t recommend enough.

We very much enjoyed the Coliseum Cottage. Such a cute house, with everything we needed. The location is perfect to downtown Greensboro and UNCG. The host, Brooke, was great to work with. We’ll definitely be using this rental

Super happy we found this cottage. We were in town for a tennis tournament and it has everything we needed, location and it's super cute. Watching the birds at the neighbors bird feeder made my day. Host is amazing Brooke was available and super accommodating thank you for your hospitality. We had a great time.

Perfect location and great stay

My family and I stayed at this property while our kids were competing for the weekend at the Greenesboro Acquatic Center (GAC). The location was extremely close and convenient to the GAC and the host was very responsive to all requests including accommodating us with an earlier check-in and later check-out. We would definitely look to stay here again for future swim meets at the GAC.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable

My friends and I had a great stay at the Colesium Cottage. The location was perfect, short drive to stores and restaurants. Everything was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our group. The host was very kind to offer us an early check in which was super helpful as we had an event to get to and needed to drop our bags.

Hopeful for next visit!

I highly recommend this place based on my communications with the owner and the outside appearance. The house and landscaping were tastefully and lovingly cared for. A double rocking chair on the front porch and additional seating invited relaxing outside as well as a private back yard with table and chairs. Communication with the owner was the best. Just before my check in, she alerted me to a problem with the air conditioning. Since it was nearly ninety that day in Greensboro, I paused. She kept me updated regularly on her progress to get a repair person to come and assess the situation. I drove over to see the property on the outside while he was there. Unfortunately, he could not fix it til the next day, so I had to find another place. However, I would definitely choose this house the next time I am in Greensboro. I did not tour the inside since we weren't sure I'd be renting it. But my interactions with the owner led me to trust that her photos were an accurate representation of the interior.) My refund came quickly. I've stayed at a lot of rental properties, and the owner's communication was stellar. I hope I get back to Greensboro soon and the property is available!

Coliseum Cottage

The property was comfortable and very clean. The location close to the coliseum was perfect since we were attending the ACC women’s basketball tournament. Beds were comfortable, excellent bedding and the 3 bedrooms provided ample space for us all. It was well stocked with amenities and the host was very attentive to our needs.

Simple and Sweet
