Rooms were really clean. The host has been really quick in responding to questions and in providing guidance. Very family friendly and has kayaks that can be used. Easy access to the lake and clear skies for stargazing as well.

Home is very accommodating for large families and excellent location by the lake. Home is very well kept and host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely consider staying again in the near future. Will also recommend to other family and friends.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the views from the deck and living area inside. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and we loved having access to the kayaks. When the coffee maker went out, management was quick to respond and bring us a new one. Great stay overall.

The main floor bathroom sink was slow draining and had sand in the sink. Outdoor wicker furniture is crumbling. The living room ceiling looks like it’s about to collapse. I think there may have been some sort of shade for the outdoor kitchen area in the past but no more and got very hot grilling in the evening sun. The neighborhood was lovely and friendly and we loved the golf cart parade! This home just needs some TLC. I love anywhere I can be with family but unfortunately we have gotten more for the price we paid for this home. I’ve never had a VRBO demand that I get a damage insurance policy in the contract even when I rented a 12,000. home in Colorado. It’s usually optional.

Thank you so much for your visit and detailed notes. For future guests, we have replaced the patio furniture downstairs, and the indoor ceiling is being replaced this fall. We did have umbrellas out for the upstairs patio; my apologies if they did not provide enough shade. Yes, It is a wonderful neighborhood and glad you were able to enjoy the holiday weekend with us. (The insurance as far as I know with VRBO has not been an option for the past several years. )

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed staying at the property. The location was easy to find and the property met all of our expectations. Although stormy weather limited our time outside, I can easily imagine that the lakefront view is quite wonderful on a warm sunny day.

Beautiful lakehouse

My whole family was impressed with the beautiful lake house! We had a great stay during Thanksgiving and enjoyed the water views, especially during sunset. There was plenty of space for everyone in the family and the kids enjoyed the outdoor space and games.

Relaxing getaway

The property was beautifully designed with high end materials. We enjoyed all views and comfory of the property. There were no TVs in the berooms, only the main spaces but actually it was very delightful. Loved it!

Great house

We rented this home for a get together with family and friends for my husband’s 40th birthday. The house was beautiful and spacious. The view of the lake is wonderful and we enjoyed the use of the outdoor grill.
